Worst customer service ever! You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. They told me that I had to pay $637 out of pocket but could not explain to me what the charge was for .. what a nightmare! They were supposed to call me back after getting more details about the bill but I never received a call back for 2 days. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go into the office to get this issue settled. Never using Hertz again

I recently rented a car from this Hertz for 3 days, but I was deliberately defrauded. Despite returning the car on time, the staff calculated the price as if I had rented it for 4 days and 2 more hours, and they also forcibly added an upgrade fee. I called customer service twice, but it's been ten days, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

This Hertz is the worst of all!!!! Once you give them your credit card, they just charge you with whatever they feel like weeks AFTER YOU RETURN and won't communicate about what they charge you for. No heads-up, no information, just a charge of 250 USD for nothing.
This is the second time this happened and it's just not okay. DON'T RENT HERE!!!

Although they’re short of staff members, everyone was trying to help the customers as they could. I rented a Volvo from them, and George was extremely helpful during the whole process. Shout to the owner of this branch, please give a raise for George. He is a star!

The worst rental experience ever. The woman who works there has some attitude problems. She was rude and didnt even explain the fuel policy. I actually had to pay triple amount of what i originally reserved for. Pathetic!!!
