These guys are amazing. The service from start to finish is top notch. They really know how to treat a customer. It started with a phone call for me and a discussion. After that I went in and purchased my new Ducati Streetfighter. They installed the extras I ordered when they prepped the bike for me to pick up. The parts department discussed other things I wanted, including ordering me a new seat. The service department set up the first service for my bike after the break-in period easily. My salesman, Angelo, has continued to keep in touch and make sure I am happy with the bike. The motorcycle has reinvigorated me more than I expected. I even talked to them about getting another bike that my wife could ride on comfortably, and I will be going back to get that one too. Here are a couple pics of my Streetfighter right after it arrived to the dealership.

Great experience getting my 2016 BMW GS f800 serviced for its 47K mileage service. Staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Walking into their dealership felt like walking into their Home! 🤠

Shout outs to Jack, Josh, and Paul for making the tedium of getting your motorcycle repaired and servicing your bike an easy experience where they tell you exactly what is going on and how they are able to suggest many options, timelines, and prices. Problem solvers and genuine kind honest ones at that. 🙌

The motorcycles they have on the floor are exquisite (BMW, Ducati, & Indian) and they have gear & parts for all riding styles.

Great service! I was on a long road trip and needed a repair. They were booked out one month but made an exception to help out a rider in need. They even only charged me for a half-hour instead of the full hour! Awesome guys willing to go the extra mile for their customers!

These guys are awesome. As of August 2020, I now have bought 6 new and used bikes of various manufactures from them over the last 15 years. I’ve bought two bmws one from Long Beach bmw and one from these guys and. I have to say there is a day and night difference between both these dealers the Long Beach dealer was full of attitude but Herwaldlt was by far the nicest motorcycle dealership I’ve ever been to their customer service was phenomenal you cannot compare these two dealers if you want to buy a motorcycle buy it from these guys Angelo you rock brother. And thank you to the owner very very nice guy.
