Helped my dad pick up some lawn mowers he had serviced. The service was fast and friendly. They knew exactly what he was there for as soon as we walked through the door. When we were done inside we walked out an found they had loaded the lawn mowers in the truck for us. That kind of service is rare to come by now a days.

Fixed my chain saw. It had a couple problems, lncluding they said it needed a new carburetor. My "bad" for leaving fuel in it over the winter. $200 seems high but I don't have anything for comparison. Nice folks, though.

Good service, well stocked on parts and very good at major repairs. No discrimination at this business. Just make sure you talk directly to the mechanic. Be very descriptive on what you want done.

Beware!!!!! This store is a Yamaha and Suzuki shop, if you have another brand bike you will run into problems. I am an active duty service member who happened to land in this small town which has really no options for bike maintenance, especially for my brand of bike. I went into the store to have service done on my bike and was purchasing my parts online and received the rudest response from the owner. Apparently I need to buy my parts from them as if this isn't 2016 and we don't have options to purchase parts elsewhere. Their prices were way over priced for my parts and it's unfortunate that I will have to travel close to 2 hours to get the work done. The mechanic was willing to do the work from a previous conversation was very helpful, but the rest of the staff were rude with the poorest customer service skills ever known to man, specifically the owner. Their loss, luckily there is youtube and a 2 hour ride to get the work done. If your in an emergency situation I would go to them with caution of course, but if you can go elsewhere I would advise you to!

Showed up early on a morning when my bike had been towed their the night before. Found the bolt I needed, gave me the wrench and told me to pay what I thought it was worth! Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly!
