Best place to stay in the Central Coast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property is large and very accommodating for single, married and families with children. Lots of fun amenities with table tennis, pool table, board games, etc. You have to enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi with wonderful views and more. Our suite was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals if need. Treat yourself and family to this jewel of the central coast and visit soon.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It is a beautiful setting with views of the ocean and the beach. The staff was amazing from checking in to getting recommendations etc. The rooms have full kitchen and comfortable beds with large tv's. The gym is also very good with cardio and free weights. Pool was warm with plenty of chairs. Many barbeques located in various areas with big tables for family and friend gatherings both inside and outside. We enjoyed having coffee each morning out on the lawn area and looking out at the ocean and the piers and boats etc.

Great place to stay in Avila Beach. Views are spectacular. Service is great. Walkable to beach. Just note that there is no on-site food so bring your own snacks from home! Our go to beach vacation spot.

Positive: The oversize clean rooms are wonderful, and the location cannot be beat. Negative: On my last stay, the noise from outside and the room above me were disturbing. One was related to construction, and the other was related to guests who seemed to be walking around at all hours of the day and night.

Eileen is fantastic. She made sure that we had a great room and made us feel like family. The room was very nice. The kitchen was not very good. No serving bowls or spoons or teaspoons. Appliances need updated and/or cleaned much better.

Great hotel. Is it perfect? No but, as owners of Hilton Vacation Club, it's a very nice property for those that want a perfect location for bay views, wineries, and good restaurants. Studio room was great for our needs, the exercise room had good treadmills and my wife got free hot coffee every morning.

Our room was nice and clean and it had a full kitchen to cook our meals when we didn't want to go out. The view is the most awesome part of this place and it's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Must be the off-season because it was very quiet. Hubby and I enjoyed sitting on the bluff during the sunsets and having a little charcuterie. The weather was perfect this early November. It was still warm enough to enjoy the pool and play tennis. There are also pickleball courts and golfing. Lots of hiking nearby too. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
