I recently rented a car from HTP rentals, and it was an outstanding experience! Jason, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, making my trip smooth and enjoyable.

What really stood out was Jason’s assistant manager's commitment to customer service. They made sure I had everything I needed and checked in to ensure I was satisfied. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made all the difference.

Made a reservation online. Took my credit card and went to pick up the rental the very next day and was told the reservation wasn’t to hold the car and that they had no available vehicles. But my thoughts were isn’t that why you place a reservation to hold a car? Very rude customer service. She wouldn’t answer any questions I had and couldn’t give any answers to why I had to make a reservation for a car they did NOT have. I will be posting on ALL of my social media platforms as well as telling friends, family, and colleagues to NEVER ATTEMPT TO RENT HERE! Horrible Experience! Do better!
