The Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa, CA, offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers. Located just off Highway 101, it provided easy access to downtown Santa Rosa. The room was clean and equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, huge flat-screen TVs, and a complimentary breakfast. Omg The Cinnamon Rolls are delicious!! Overall, The property is well-maintained, so is the outdoor pool and their fitness center uses the same state of the art machines you find at a local 24 hour fitness. Staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. While the hotel is more functional than luxurious, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the area.

March 14 2025 Visit: This hotel was great, mostly because of the excellent service that we received. I would like to acknowledge Marlene, who went above and beyond to help us select a room that met our needs. We are platinum IHG members for over 10 years. She gave us excellent service by letting us look at several rooms and choose the one that suited our needs the best. She's an excellent employee and reflects well on the brand.

We have stayed at the Santa Rosa North HIE many times & it is always our first choice hotel. We have come to feel as though it is our home away from home. Our room is always clean & comfortable. Manager Luis Hernandez runs an efficient inn & has obviously trained his staff well, from Leticia at the front desk to Pauline who runs the delicious breakfast bar, not to mention the helpful Housekeeping staff who are always ready to be of assistance. Thank you, Luis! Well done, all!

Every member of the staff has always been very friendly and efficient in their work. Check in is easy, rooms are very clean, including the bathrooms. I've stayed at this location many times and have never been disappointed. It is easy access to and from Highway 101. There is some freeway noise being so close to 'the 101'.

I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express, Santa Rosa North several times in the past two years. I highly recommend this location. General Manager Luis Hernandez has the most personable and efficient front desk staff of most places I've stayed. Housekeeping staff are all very friendly and maintain very clean rooms. Again, VERY CLEAN rooms. The beds are also very comfortable. Breakfast choices are the usual Holiday Inn Express options and the breakfast area is exceptionally clean. Very helpful breakfast staff as well.

I will continue to stay at Luis Hernandez' Holiday Inn Express anytime I am in Santa Rosa. Location backs up to the 101 freeway with a very convenient off ramp to get there.

I was here 1 night, and it was perfectly fine and priced where it should be. Rooms are renovated and clean, the workout room has basic equipment and was cold when I walked into it which was great, and the elevator worked fine.

The rooms are a bit on the cramped side, so if you're traveling with a big family, just be prepared to be cozy.

This hotel is in the right spot in Santa because it in center of lot of things. The only I notice it a smaller hotel than expected but all good. The front desk service is good. Friendly and get the job done.

The breakfast was good the main reason we like picking holiday inn because of the breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. As a Diamond Elite member who stays at many hotels each year, I can say that this one stands out. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel overall was impressive, which added to my comfort.
