After 11 years it was time for a pretty major maintenance package. More expensive than I’d wished but all I can say is my car is purring! On a long road trip, I was crossing through the Bay Area and suddenly got a check engine light/ loss of power… something you don’t plan for on a vacation. I am so thankful that the closest Honda Service center was Honda Marin. Matt with service was extremely helpful and understanding that we wanted to get back on the road asap.

I took my low-mileage Honda Element in for a comprehensive check-up and thorough refurbishment. The cost was over $2,000. Three days after the service was completed, my battery failed. When AAA came to replace it, they said it was as dead as a battery can be—couldn't even be recharged. Since Honda didn't find and fix that big problem, I'm concerned that other work they did wasn't very good, either.

A-1 service plus tire rotation.

Good job done well. Price was as I would expect from a dealer. Employees were pleasant and efficient.

My wife usually takes me to and from the service department. She wasn’t feeling well and (1) I had to take a Lyft ride home when I left my car and (2) I had to leave the car at the shop overnight so that we could pick up the car the next morning. I appreciate these accommodations.

I lost my keys and didn’t have the red key .Simon was very helpful and he also kept me stay calm. I ended up having a expensive learning lessen. They got the job done call for ride so I could pick up the car. I was very happy and would recommend the Honda service department to my friends and family. Thank you for helping me out❤️
