This is a really great Honda dealership and shop! The owner Brian is great and very competent. Brian and his team provide great service and are very competent. I love taking my motorcycle to this shop to be serviced. Honda of Glendale's prices are reasonable. If you own a Honda motorcycle I would definitely take it to this shop to be serviced! I love the owner Brian's appreciation for Honda. He will take very great care of your bike!

In 1985, as a student at Wilson Jr. High School in Glendale, I often visited the Honda motorcycle dealership on Colorado Street. The excitement of admiring the motorcycles there remains a vivid memory to this day. Returning here after 39 years brings back a flood of emotions.

This Honda dealership, which has stood in the same location for over 50 years, is now run by Brian, the 65-year-old son of its founder. Back in my middle school days, my friends and I saw the Honda Gold Wing here for the first time—a dream bike for all of us. I still remember the moment I promised myself, “One day, I’ll ride this dream bike.” Now, after 39 years, riding my own Honda Gold Wing to this dealership for a recall service feels like traveling back in time.

Nowadays, with the number of motorcycle riders declining and online shopping becoming the norm, many dealerships in California have closed their doors. Brian shared the challenges of continuing a second-generation business in this internet-driven era. Despite these challenges, I made the trip here because finding a trustworthy dealership has become increasingly difficult.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Brian for his kindness and excellent service. It is this level of care and professionalism that made me travel all the way from Palm Springs to this dealership. Thank you for keeping the spirit of this place alive and ensuring that riders like me have a reliable place to turn to.

Honda of Glendale checks all of the boxes: Family owned and operated, a knowledgeable sales team, and the service department is a cut above the rest. I brought my baby in for repair and Brian, the lead mechanic, went well above and beyond the call of duty. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable, honest, and highly skilled mechanic, with decades of experience, provide their expertise for a reasonable price. I wouldn’t let just anyone work on my 2-wheels, if you value safety and need things done right, Brian is the one you want working on your bike.

They are really professional and patient. From my first call to them during July asking regarding inventory I can tell I want to work them in the future. I stopped by yesterday to check out a bike I want. Brain was really friendly and we had a great conversation. Long story short, now I have my dream bike in my garage. I do not own a Honda yet and have not had service on my bike at Honda of Glendale. But when I am ready to buy my first dirt bike, I will definitely buy here if I choose a Honda.

I work around the corner and have stopped in 3 times over the past 2 years. I lost my ear plugs one day and went in to buy some, but Brian gifted me a handful. Just yesterday, I left the key in my ignition in the on position, like a knuckle head, while at work. I pushed my bike the Honda Dealer and Brian charged it for an hour for me. Again, no charge. Everybody loves a hookup, but it’s extra special when I’m not a valuable customer.

What can I say, Honda of Glendale is one of the places to go. I took my Cbr600rr for new tires, and Brian is the to go to guy he was super helpful he recommended a few stuff for my bike, and I'm really happy they did the whole service the same day and let me tell you that my bike feels like brand new again I'm so happy definitely coming back again

This review comes from a first-time customer of Honda Motorcycles of Glendale's service department. I speak with over 40 years and 700K miles of riding experience (and the gazillion service jobs/matters I've encountered along the way).
To the point: I wouldn't ever consider letting anyone else work on my Honda motorcycles. Period.

From the moment of my first phone call into their office...to the call I received from them today letting me know that they had personally seen to it that my bike was now parked in my driveway--a long story (they're my heros!)--Brian and Kathleen couldn't have been more accommodating. Really, a wonderful customer experience--Thank Yoy!

It made me realize, again, just how rare one is treated to *true* customer service these days . Here, exactly how you wish you could always be treated as a customer.
