We bought a 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition. Everybody from this dealership worked so well together. It wasn’t like a “this is my title, so I’m only doing this” type of thing. We had a wonderful experience and could not be happier! They were patient, kind, and didn’t try to sell me on a vehicle. They let me pick my own without any pressure. 10/10 recommend this dealership if you want a Honda, locally.

I generally have had a wonderful experience at Honda if Jonesboro. Extremely disappointed in the response I got. Friday I had my car running and lost the FOB. I called the parts department and they had one. I would need to be transferred to get it scheduled Friday ASAP. The parts guy amazing. Here’s where I get frustrating. I was not allowed to talk to a person to schedule as I was switched over and I was required to leave a message with my phone number. What is the day progressed? I ended up tearing my yard, my garage and just kept searching for the key fob because this is my only vehicle.. This is on Friday, finally today at 9:20. I get a phone call and this is Tuesday the following week seeing how they could help me. When I expressed my frustration to the young lady over the phone, I wanted to know that she would say something about it and that this is no way to treat a customer. Or guess what she listened to me. She said she was sorry. Then she hung up on me as I was talking and I was not being rude. I was being facts. If we are not allowed to talk to human beings anymore and whoever’s responsible for the messages on the other end, the line, it would be amazing if they would call back in a timely manner.

Very courteous and professional salesman named Brock. Very quick and seamless car buying experience, not to mention a great deal on a new Honda Pilot.
