I had purchased a Suzuki SV650 from Honda Powersports several years ago. They were great. I have since sold that bike and have bought several other bike from other dealers because they no longer sell Suzukis. I called to see about having one of my Suzuki motorcycles workd on. Unfortunately they do not work on them.
The representative I spoke with was very friendly and understanding.

Have purchased a dirt bike and a quad for my son from Sloan's. Always received excellent service. The staff are well trained and very courteous. Both times within a week we received a letter from Mr. Sloan thanking us for our business and a card with each employee's phone number and their department. Michael Lively was our go to guy in parts,always gave excellent service. We learned today that he has moved to showroom sales,go by and ask for him,you won't be disappointed. Would highly recommend this business.

These guys are good and the quality of their work is good. The staff is good, mainly Kate and Michael which I typically try to deal with most l. The reason they did not get 5 stare is time. They are a little understaffed and over worked. With the election virus messing up shipping and so many other things it really effects the rating.

Brian, the parts person, is one of the most helpful people I've ever met, and I highly recommend asking for him, if he is available. I am definitely a Sloan's customer, even though I live in California, and I'm just visiting Murfreesboro!! I needed a clutch master cylinder piston set, since mine had a bad problem on my 1999 Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird, that I had repaired myself, and I wasn't careful enough to not damage the other piston that I replace a few days prior to my arrival in Murfreesboro! Brian got the new parts I needed in two days, and I replaced the bad parts, and can now continue with my road trip to North Carolina and back to California in a few days!!
