Recently, I took my 2022 Acura MDX for service to Hopkins’s Acura. Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I was with their customer service team. Michael Ariels (service manager) and Frankie were outstanding . They listened to my concerns and went out of their ways to address the issue. They also provided me a very nice loaner car while my car was in the shop. They solved my issue and updated me on the status and progress regularly which was really appreciated.

I had an issue with my auto engine idle function, left my 2019 TLX there and later on that day I had a call back saying it was ready to pick up, everything was covered by warranty and I even got a free wash. My car works beautifully now. Ricardo is very professional and very customer friendly, I highly recommend working with this business.
