Took a Minn Kota foot controlled motor to have repaired, nice friendly folks, they said no problem, will have it repaired by next Thursday, live 25 miles away, returned on that day, sitting by the shop door ready to go, just as they said! Price was fair and motor works fine! Was not at their busy spring season tho! Fishing buddies have used them and same great service, friend broke a cable on a large Minn Kota motor, took it by today, said be ready in 1 1/2 weeks. Busy Folks! Ton of nice boats for sale, we appreciate your service!

I felt small there. I bought a used boat from them. It was 2.5 months of excuses on getting it ready. I got my money back because it was always something. I cant believe how i was ignored when i showed up 5 times and they wouldnt look at me. I actually had to ask if my boat was ready. Its all expensive there so dont get your hopes up. Big business hasnt the time for the little guy. Its a fair statement...

If you need work done on your boat, don’t expect to get it back any time soon. If they tell you they are 2 weeks out, it’s safe to add 3 plus weeks to that wait before they even touch your boat. Just don’t be in a hurry!
