Hot Springs Marina is simply amazing. Customer service at its finest. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to include a boat dance. He’s top notch. The manager was very personable. Without reserves, Hot Springs Marina is highly recommended.

I spent a day in lake Hamilton with my family of 5 plus our dog. Twice this week and it was all perfect, no time lost checking in or out, clear fees, plenty of life jackets choice to fit kids and adults. Also available tube, mat (used), knee board and skies (not used). The staff is very friendly and professional. Location is very goo as well, easy access, room to park the car at the store. Thanks Bryan and Madison for taking care of us, as well as the other helping hands.

A few of us drove up from Houston for a week of relaxation and fun in Hot Springs. We were excited to spend some time outside in cooler weather and enjoy a bit of color change as Fall approaches. We (+ our doggos) definitley wanted to spend a day out on the water and the team at Hot Springs Marina helped make that happen, brilliantly. Lori and Brian went above and beyond to answer my many questions and ensured we had everything we needed to have a fabulous and safe time. We did a 24 hour rental so we could enjoy two days on the water, and it worked out perfectly! The boat was clean, the perfect size for our group, and the instructions were thourough for driving and returning the boat without incident. Brian was delightful, funny, and patient as we loaded up with our boat load of floats, doggos, and personalities. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we all would highly recommend anyone looking for a top notch outfit for boat rental or sales to come see Brian, Lori, and the team at Hot Springs, Marina! I know we will be back and they have earned our business.

I rented a pontoon boat from Hot Springs Marina for the upcoming 4th of July week, and the check-in experience was fantastic from the start! Morgan and Titan were incredibly nice and helpful during the entire process. They ensured that everything was set up perfectly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
