I just purchased my 24’ Road glide last Friday. I showed up at the end of the day as I drove down from Oxnard. Big shout out to the team that stayed late that evening to make it all happen .
Steve Was awesome, he guided me through the evening on this purchase. AJ and Hugo i worked with me to get a great deal.
From Ashley (I think that was her name) in apparel and gear, she helped me choose my helmet. Yvette in finance was amazing in explaining everything pertaining to the purchase.
Mike in Service and Rhino in parts were awesome in explaining their departments and services. I couldn’t have asks for a better experience from HB Harley and that whole crew that stayed late. If you’re reading this, and thinking of getting yourself a new bike. Come to these guys, I highly recommended them.

My experience with Huntington Beach Harley has been amazing from the day I bought it to even now hitting my 3,000 mile mark on my first Harley; going on 5 months with it now. So many people helped me out that I want to shout out on here.
Rick!! My main hype man here, he’s been a solid one and continues to be the backbone of HB! He’s upfront about everything that you’re getting yourself into, is reliable, and truly wouldn’t have made my purchase if it wasn’t for him giving me that push because I’m a stubborn one lol super blessed to have crossed paths with him and look forward to the continued success he brings to the company.
Now to the best GM in the business, Greg Connor; helping me lock in a great deal! Won’t go into specifics but he saved me at least $1,000 from my downpayment with the monthly rate I was aiming for. Stephanie was great in helping me out in the apparel, she’s super nice and knows the ins and outs of her department. Jason, AJ and Charles are great sales associates being very blunt and straight forward, extremely knowledgeable about Harley’s and guys that you can honestly talk to. They don’t seem like sale associates at all, that’s how good they are! Ginger made the financial part of the locked in deal very smooth, even when it was 2 hours past closing hours; we made it happen.
All in all, Huntington Beach Harley has amazing staff and I would be proud to have a dream team like so.
Harley’s sell themselves, go test ride one or two or many and you’ll feel it in your soul, the euphoric state of mind it brings.

Part 2. 11/11/24

I bought an FXLRST last week and stopped by the service department to discuss some upgrades. I had the pleasure of working with Junior (JR), and I’m really glad I did. Not only was he honest and helpful, but he even brought his personal FXLRST to show me the upgrades he’d done on his. I truly appreciate that level of service and know I can trust him to steer me in the right direction. Thanks, JR! I’m definitely sticking with Harley HB for all my service needs because of you. Appreciate you!

On 12/31/2024 went in to HB Harley-Davidson. Prior to going in i a was online checking out the bikes and i saw a few that really caught my eye so hit the see if you pre-qualify put it in my info and the next day I had a message from which is a professional and we chopped it up I set up a appointment and I was hesitant and miss our appointment but then I eventually came in as soon as I came Jason Fernadez welcomed me and by brother and was very helpful and showed me a few bikes answered all my questions and showed and made us feel right at home ran credit came back with some numbers and worked his magic got me a great deal I really appreciate him And the HD family I want to thank everyone that took care that day if I didn't mention by I apologize but thank very much i love my new 2024 Fatboy it's bad ass you guys have a great 2025 and this is the 1stvof many bike to come in the future if your looking to buy a harley-davidson come to HB-HD they will take care you have a blessed rest of your much love

Came out from LA just to service my bike and decided to enter to showroom.... did not regret coming to this location at all. They were extremely welcoming and super friendly. Lexi helped me out at the desk and Tony with the service! Will definitely be my primary store. 10/10.

I had an amazing experience at this in store. I had a few guys help me buy a bike. These guys made my experience buying a bike smooth. KOA,Steven, Rick, Andrew,Phillip and Nello were very helpful and answered all my questions.
The girls over in motor clothes were very friendly and knowledgeable with their products. Ashley,Leillana and Lexi were a big help.
This store will now be my favorite Harley to come to.
