Bought my first bike there. Sales, service and parts staff were super - competent and steering me in the right direction. Sales rep (Mike) consistently steered me away from more powerful (and more expensive) motorcycles.

I must have been in there 10 times before i passed my course and bought a bike. Understand that I am 66, retired USMC Col, and former corporate shill. My tolerance for BS is small. HYR is a fun place to visit, work with and, finally, cut a deal.

I bought a second bike, a new Honda CB500F! The red one!

Again, a very enjoyable experience. Robert Forbes was my Salesperson again, he answered all of my questions, had great knowledge of the bike, and eased the worries I had on my 2018 trade value.

They made me such a good deal, that I actually had equity in my trade in! Another great experience, and an even greater bike!

Update 2

I'm on a Ninja! This ZX6R has been the perfect bike for me to upgrade to, I've wanted one since I was young and Robert Forbes made it happen with a great deal and some instructions on the bike that helped me feel very comfortable with it.

I've since taken the Ninja to Willow Springs and am really enjoying everything! The parts department also helped me get ready, with gas cans and maintenance items to keep me going at the track. Thanks HYR!

Our experience with HYR service department continues to be be absolutely fantastic! We only trust this dealer with both of our bikes. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely and communicative. They repaired our 2021 Indian Roadmaster with a very quick turnaround time and was able to fix the problem after a nearby dealer didn't even come close. After this positive experience we will only bring our bikes here for service. We're also referring everyone from our riders group to Indian of Redlands/ HYR Honda. I would like to personally thank Sean and his team for doing such a great job on our 2021 Indian Roadmaster. My husband said his bike has never run better after having it serviced by your team. Sean and the service team got me in and out in a couple hours. I was on a big road trip and they helped me with a new tire and fresh oil on short notice.

Great guys here who take pride and care in the work. They did a full inspection as well.

The greatest service from salesman Mike! He had so much patience and never gave up. Hank the finance person was funny, explained everything, and never pressured me to get anything. Austin parts sells took his time and explained everything about my new motorcycle. He gave me so much information about upgrades I could do to the bike. Sean and Phil from service has always been great. Even tho I would only get tires lol.. all around best service! If I could give you guys 5 stars for each person I would. Great dealership! I called first and set an appointment time. When I went in I was quickly greeted in a professional manner by my sales rep Murry. Murry was the best, he took his time and was in no way trying to be the classic pushy salesman. He gave me all the time I needed to look at each bike I was interested in. He seemed to already know the answers to my questions and not in a "Mr. know it all way" either. Very friendly and very professional. I am sure all of their sales staff our just as friendly and professional but Murry was my sales rep and he went over and above to make sure I picked the bike that was right for me.

Hank in financing was another gem, he work his magic and made sure I got the financing that worked for me, it took him an hour or two to get the deal wrapped up but it was worth the wait.

I got to meet the parts manager and someone in service as well. They both answered all my questions and made sure I had what I needed to ride.

Due to me not having my motorcycle license yet I set up for them to deliver my bike (the same day). Jason was the one who delivered it. He was also awesome. He did not just drop the bike and go (keep in mind it was already after 6pm), he also stopped and took his time making sure I did not have any more questions, which I did at this point. He took an extra half hour or more making sure to answer all my questions.

Bottom line is, if you are someone who is new or wants to get back into riding bikes (like me) again this is the place and the crew you want to have on your side. They will make sure everything is a great fit from the bike, the financing to the service.
