Sergio is Honest and genuine. The vehicle I wanted was not available, so I ordered it. There was no pressure to buy another vehicle. Yes it took awhile for delivery of the 2025 highly desirable Santa Fe Hybrid AWD, but worth it. This SUV drives amazing, looks great and is priced competitively. Hyundai has really come a long way. And to top it off, they threw in a set of all weather mats to seal the deal. Sergio and the service department really went above and beyond. Thank you!

After a full morning of bouncing around dealerships, a truck caught my eye as I was Nextdoor to Hyundai, and Joseph talked to me about it. Everyone at Hyundai was a breath of fresh air after meeting the other dealerships. Joseph helped answer any questions I had initially, mark explained everything to me and talked numbers, I feel so bad because in the other office the other man was talking to companies working on a loan in my range for me for so long and I forgot his name lol but he was so kind and friendly . He worked so hard to help me out with my monthly spending limit. Sergio at the end sat with me and signed papers and he was so personable and made me super comfortable. At the end Joseph walked me through the whole building and service area for whenever I do need a service, explained the entire process and introduced me to that side of the building as well. As a woman, dealerships are super intimidating but I definitely recommend coming to Hyundai as their team makes you as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys for helping me find the truck I never knew I needed!

After months of researching different hybrid cars, I decided that the 2025 Hyundai Tuscon Limited Hybrid was the car for me. Hyundai's are awesome cars and I love their warranty program. I stopped by the Hyundai San Luis Obispo and was met by Mackie the sales person. He was very pleasent and give me so much information about the car. I took a test drive and loved the car. Mackie was not pushy at all. I ended up doing all the negotiations over the phone. Mackie was such a big help. He provided all the information I needed in order to get the car. He is the reason that I purchased the car from this dealership. He made the experience very easy for me. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the car, he wasn't there. Sergio and manager Anthony helped he finish the process. They were very nice and once again made the process easy for me. This was my first time buying a car myself from start to finish. I love my new car!!

Had some warranty paint work done on my 2018 Hyundai Sonata by B and B Auto Body through SLO Hyundai. When my car was returned to me, initially it all appeared to be done well. However, 2 weeks later when washing my car (waited 2 weeks due to new paint) I noticed that the left windshield molding was not installed. The estimate clearly indicated the shop was to remove and install the molding for access to blend the paint into the adjacent panel. Well, it was removed but appears was never put back on. They body shop refused to accept any responsibility stating maybe it was stolen or I removed it. Really! Appears SLO Hyundai will not take responsibility either as they never return my calls when messages left as to the issue. My car was also having other work done on it. While it was at the shop they put on over 500 miles on the vehicle. This was clearly indicated on the mileage in odo reading and the mileage out odo reading. When asked about it they could not explain and just said "I don't know". Watch this dealer and clearly inspect all work they do as once it leaves their lot they will not make good if any issues and apparently use the repair vehicles for personal use.

We were in the area on vacation and had an issue with our vehicle. Despite getting our car in later in the day than planned, the service center was able to get our car looked at right away and get it repaired and back to us same day so we could get on the road as planned. This happened on a Friday, so if they hadn’t shifted things for us we would’ve been stuck in the area all weekend and missed school and work the following week. Great service all around.

Really zero stars. Extremely inadequate communication (from Nick specifically), complete disregard for the customers time, inability to answer a direct question, the service manager Jim speaks to customers in a dehumanizing way and is completely incapable of understanding how their own lack of accountability breaks down a customers trust. They made sure to separate me (we did early drop off) from my car before telling me they charge $200 (a price on the high end) to run any diagnostic and when I questioned the ethics of this Jim gave me what turned out to be false information about who would actually give me that info. I did not let them perform additional work on my car beside two recalls and I will have that work checked by someone I trust.
