Went to the new ims facility in banning to get a new gas cap since my old one needed to be replaced. When I arrived i was greeted by 2 very friendly guys. They gave me a quick tour of their new building and showed me how it all worked. I was extremely happy to have great customer service. I will be back to purchase another tank for another bike soon!

Awesome customer service! Came in with my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD gas cap that came on the tank I bought back in '08.

The rubber seal had aged and deteriorated and though I fully intended to pay for a replacement, Pat (?) handed me a replacement free of charge.

THAT'S customer service! I'm placing an order for one of their Flight Line shifters soon as I get home.

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers! I bought a tank for my "11 yz450f and after install it leaked Slightly from fuel pump seal so I called them up to see if there's anything I can do to correct it and Steve M. was extremely helpful and told me that he'll look into it and have his tech test out the other tanks they have there and get back to me. He not only got back to me within couple hours but he went above and beyond and exchanged it for me. Freaking righteous!! Now that's the best damn customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You guys have a customer for life and I'm sending everyone I know to you guys. Thanks again Steve M. and everyone at IMS! The tank looks sick on my bike! IMS makes the best designed oversized tanks out there! You people rock!

Great customer service! When I got there they helped me get what I needed and gave a tour of the shop! I have an older tank and they helped me out with a newer style gas cap and even stickers! Would highly recommend!

Went to the riverside location today. Found the sign that they moved to Banning.

Drove another 30 miles to bring an old tank in that was cracked. They offered me 100 bucks off. Figured that's fair.

Got a call that they were sending me my money back because the tank was made from a plastic that they found was prone to crack. That's service!

Who calls you to give you your money back when they discover it's the right thing to do? IMS did! Thank you guys.

This is the best company out there as far as best dirt bike products go. Great customer service and great service, shipping, and products. I have used IMS products since day 1 and have never had an issue with anything they build. Like I said great everything! Dont look anywhere else as you would be waisting your time. Have a great ride!
