Currently waiting 2.5 weeks for a small and simple order. My boyfriend who has the email address attached to the order has called 6 times in one day without any answer or response, has tried 3 other times as well as sent an email. Really sucks people can’t even send a business response. I will be filing a charge back and never ordering from this company again. I highly suggest you don’t waste your time or money and buy elsewhere

I ordered the saddlebag safety bolt kit and hoodie and the E ticket seat! My seat has not came in yet, but the bolts for the bags and hoodie did, they are top notch, The customer service is excellent. I had questions about everything that I ordered. They got right back to me even though the one I wanted was not in the color I picked, and they reached out and said they do not have it in that color but they have a gray one and I said that is fine. I was a little hesitant because of reading other reviews, but I will continue ordering from imzz elite! I know the seat will be top-notch as well when I receive it! Don’t hesitate To order from them or reach out for questions they got right back to me and like I mentioned the quality of parts so far expectations have been succeeded without a doubt

Shipped on December 8th, received on January 12, '24

However, many pieces are missing!
See photos, package weight 0.53 lbs (240g). Weight of the 4 ARP bolts received very similar.
The other bolts were not actually inserted inside the package.

Wrote 2 emails, contact in Instagram, phone call. No reply!!
Terrible company and terrible customer service!!

I have ordered twice from IMZZ and have had nothing but a good experience both times. I had to call them for an update on my second order for rear bagger crash bars and the man on the phone was very professional. I would recommend IMZZ Elite 100%

Today, November 23th, after 2 months the products have still not been shipped!!

Wrote several emails and never received a response!!
