Went in on a Monday morning, got my bike appraised while I was given the opportunity to test drive a sport Chief and a Springfield dark horse. Christian made this all super easy, non stressful, and very enjoyable morning to leave with a new bike! I gave him all the information about my reasons for a new bike and he was able to come up with those options with ease! He is very informative about the bikes, deals, and reality of the process! I've been riding Triumphs for 15 years and recently went into my local Orange County dealership to check out the new '25 Scout Bobbers. I loved the look but not the quote or "salesy" experience I had speaking to the salesman. I made plans to pick up a used bike of the older model, but gave one last phone call to the dealership in El Cajon. Luckily I spoke to Christian and he gave me an absolutely no nonsense smoking deal that I couldn't refuse. I literally placed my deposit over the phone and picked up my bike that weekend. Not only was my purchase hassle-free, I actually had fun during the process! Christian makes you feel VIP when you spend your hard earned cash, so BIG thanks to Christian for your professionalism. My recent visit to El Cajon Indian was even better than the others, but not because I liked the price or the mechanics, both of which give me great comfort, but THIS story is different.

Upon speaking with a the dealership, I suggested they should polish up my bike due to it being there instead of with me...lol. And guess what, they did! So being the instigator of shenanigans, I went outside with a magnifying glass to find an undone spot, I did not... however the dealership owner did! He then proceeded to clean and polish my Roadmaster! Wow! Wow! Wow! They don't have to do any of that, but they did!! I made the right decision to buy here a few years back, and I assure everyone my next bike (Pursuit) will be bought here! This is quality service on every level, Bikes, Apparel, Accessories, Parts and Service as well as the Indian backed Warranty ! CLASS ACT.
