Ah, she's finally home and we really couldn't be happier. The team at Intrepid Landing Marina are all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and charming. Quinn has been a massive help as she is very responsive and is always a pleasure to talk to you. The marina itself is so well maintained it feels like it's brand new and the location really doesn't get better. All of the neighbors have been awesome people willing to help out if you need it. If you're on the fence about where to slip your vessel, look no further.

Intrepid Marina is a great place to keep your boat or yacht. Quinn is the best property manager and easy to work with. Notices go out via email and communication is top notch. Also you are right next to food, shopping, the fishing docks with fishing supplies, and Shelter Island Drive where all of the boat repair yards and parts houses are located is only a two minute walk. The people in the marina that have boats here are amazing, we are a big family and all like minded.

So, I've kept my boat at different marinas in San Diego over the past fifteen years, and they all seem to have their share of issues, but Intrepid Landing Marina, is hands down the best marina that I have moored at. The Intrepid team is the best. Quinn is always helpful and friendly, and Kit knows how to run the operation in a way that keeps everybody in a happy place. The environment is simply the best. Intrepid's proximity to local restaurants is excellent. It's an easy walk to Point Loma Seafoods, Mitch's, The Ketch, Jimmy's, Pizza Nova, Miguel's, Portside Coffee & Gelato (and many more). With Eppig Brewing located on the premises, good handcrafted beer is at your fingertips. Indeed, Intrepid's location is perfect. Combine it all, and what you have is the best marina in San Diego! 5-Stars to Intrepid Landing Marina and team.

It depends what your asking here...What's not to like? It's so pretty💙. On the water, the walkway will take you past yachts, restaurants, fishing fleet...never a dull moment! As far as renting a boat slip or leasing office space, I have no knowledge of that but I always say, if you want to know the good, bad and the ugly of any business, ask those already using that business. People love to tell you everything, even if you don't want to hear every little bit of b.s.. Then make your own decision. I love the whole scene so....there.

This is by far the best Marina in San Diego. We kept our sailboat there for a few seasons until we had to relocate. If you are looking for great service I suggest you stop by before any other place.

Wow!!!!! exploring the Point Loma area, the marina is just awsome, grab yourself a cup of coffee or your own design drink..this area were its located, would be a great set for a movie production, from brews to snack, awsome weather...Thank you for viewing....D Third Eye
