WARNING: Please read this before giving this establishment your business and money. I wish I would have known and at least read ALL of the reviews, especially the one star negative reviews on Yelp and Google.

In simple words, Iron Head is the type of place you DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Please, if you are reading this, you have been warned. Take your business elsewhere, save yourself the time, money, headache, and get the job done with another person/business who will not only get the job done right, but make things right if something goes wrong with their work.

Word of advice to the "new owner" of this place: Help out your customers and stand by your word, especially when you verbally agree through your word and in writing. When YOU become the new owner of an establishment, it is not my (the customers) fault that you decide to keep everything the same (same workers, same business name, and phone number) and yet not want to help me because, "Mike no longer owns a [the] shop." Whats worse is when you say that you agree to help me, you write out a service order, say you ordered the parts, and tell me that everything will be taken care of and to expect a phone call when parts arrive, and then weeks later somehow you say things like "they [the parts] were never ordered." Yet somehow you get upset and decide to not help in the end by saying: "The shop belongs to a new owner that would be me and I'm not going to honor anything that Mike had going that's between you and Mike have a great day." Seriously How low and shady can you be At that point, that has nothing to do with the previous owner and has everything to do with YOU and how you, the new owner, decides to act and go about business.

Very great experience dealing with the guys over here at Iron Head Motorsports. The owner Mike is a very nice guy, he talked to me about common issues on my bike and what he recommends doing, he's not out to over charge you or sell you on something you don't need, very trustworthy shop, I cant recommend them enough. The gentlemen working on my bike goes by turbo; turbo took my bike in on Monday and about a week later, my bike was done just like they had told me. Not only did he do the work on time, but he also did a thorough examination, major service, and even installed a couple aftermarket modifications I had laying around. This shop has great rates, you won't find competitive prices like this anywhere else.

Back to Mike, I needed tires and the type of tire I needed was out of stock but Mike went above and beyond to get the stuff I wanted in the next day. Another note I should mention is how I kept going in asking them to "also do this", and "also do that" etc... and not once did they ever get mad, they told me "sure thing, we can do that" and that was that. Oh, and another note is that I ordered frame sliders, but received the wrong set, and Mike was able to go ahead and just order the right part to save me the time, so he's a great guy, he really cares about his customers.

I personally ride a sport-bike, but Mike and his team work on all kinds of bikes so whatever you have they'll be able to take care of you. Their services aren't limited to only bikes, they work on all kinds of power sports.

Overall, I had a very great experience. It was my first time going there, and i'll most definitely be going back. The quality of the service, the prices, hospitality, and the cleanliness of the shop is all top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a shop.

These guys are seriously the best! My coils went out on a long ride across the state and my bike could barely pull up to the shop. They immediately stopped what they were doing, diagnosed what was happening in seconds, and pulled a part off another bike to get me back on the road! Plus they got a load of mint used bikes for way below typical asking price I would gladly drive 5hrs just to have them work on my bike again

Took my bike there and mike assured me they could get it fixed. Sure enough they did. They didn’t give me attitude, they listened to me, they had it back in a timely manner and for the work they did they charged a fair price went the extra mile and cut me a deal. Great guys. Looked at everything on my bike and didn’t miss a thing. I’m not happy about having to get repairs, but I’m happy I got a working relationship with these guys. They go the extra mile.

Great experience and customer service. Called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get my Victory Judge tires changed on the same day. Will go back to get other types of bike services. I try to stay local and support small businesses in town. Glad I found the Iron Head Motorsports.

2nd time coming to this shop. Owner has greeted me both times and stayed a few minutes past shop time to allow me to drop off my motorcycle on the 2nd time.
Always extremely attentive and friendly. Makes new comers feel welcomed and listened to. Quick turn arounds and competitive pricing for the area.
As long as customer service is maintained they have a life long customer and I recommend anyone else looking for these services to this shop.

Best shop in town! I went there the other day to get tires mounted and balanced for my sport bike. I was turned away by two other motorcycle shops in town, one because of lack of knowledge and the other because they won’t do anything for you if you’re not on a Harley! Process was affordable, streamlined and experience packed! The owner is awesome, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
