Start by saying that Devin was great selling and delivering my S1000RR. Really helpful.

However, I’m glad others have had good service experiences but mine was horrible. My break in service and clip on change was going to be done while I wait and it took 6 hours! While sometimes things take longer, the treatment was terrible. After 4 hours they tell me they’re running the ECU update and it could take 15 min or an hour! Well, wouldn’t you run that while changing the oil After 5 hours the bike is “done”, but everything wasn’t completed. I had to show them a feature of the bike in the manual, which wasn’t completed. What was the response? We don’t have any manuals here! What Was I right? Yes. They take another hour. Any apologies? Yes sir, you were right? Nope, not a word. The customer is always right? Not here. The customer knows squat. This was about the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The kind of service you should expect when you own a $30,000 motorcycle? “I’m sorry” goes a long way, try it. I’m glad others have had good experiences in service, they gave a great cafe (which was operated by one guy, who didn’t show up that day either so it was closed).

Another great experience at Irv Seaver. Greg was able to fit me in a Friday morning time for a minor service. While they did that I enjoyed a nice breakfast at their Flat Track Café. The bike was all set and they also addressed a couple minor items. All set for another year — thanks!

Devin explained everything about the bike thoroughly. My experience in vegas wasn’t the best trying to purchase this bike, but making the trip to IRV Seaver was definitely worth it! Definitely recommend!! Walked in and the staff greeted me with a smile and directed me to service where I was able to checked in my bike for its first service. While the bike was being serviced, I was looking around for new gear and Adam approached me with a smile and helped answer all the questions I had and even showed me a new product that literally just arrived in boxes and opened one of them to if I was interested!

I really don’t remember the last time I walked into a store and everyone was friendly and happy to assist… I’m definitely coming back here and again I highly recommend!

I can't give this dealer a high enough review! I purchased a used yamaha from them and I got a killer deal, and they didn't try to add a bunch of fees like other dealers. I would definitely purchase another bike from them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW motorcycle. Robert in sales was amazing to work with and the guy in parts came in clutch with a part I needed for my phone mount to get home.
