Josh and his team are by far the best at what they do. My husband understands boat mechanics but I admit I do not. Josh took the time to thoroughly explain everything so that I understood what was going on and the due diligence of completing the repairs. The office staff stayed on top of updating us if parts were on back order and when the job would be completed. I will be taking all my boat maintenance and repairs to Ivey Performance!

I brought my boat in for service and prep for the upcoming season. Josh took his time explaining what needed to be done and his knowledge base was exemplary. Everything was ready and done before the quoted completion date. I really enjoyed that before and after photos and videos were sent of the issues that were found and them fixed. The office team made sure to email updated, detailed invoice's keeping me in the loop for costs. I will only be taking my boats and jet skis here from now on. I’m so happy I found them. Last October 2023 I had taken my boat to Ivey’s for winterization and mentioned to Josh that my Cobalt was taking on a little water. I live 150 miles away and left my boat. Josh found a deteriorated/torn shift bellow and recommended changing all the bellows ie; shift cable, gimbal bearing, drive shaft bellow, exhaust bellows as well as doing the winterization. All work was done in a timely manner and Josh kept in constant contact giving me updates on the boats progress. I picked up the boat and stored it for the winter. Come summer and time to take the boat out. Had a fun day out with boat running great but the boat was taking on water and bilge pump was coming on. Called Josh and informed him about the issue. Josh responded immediately and drove 150 miles the next morning to boats location. Found that the brand new shift bellow was completely torn in two. The bellow had stuck to the shift cable and could not move as it should as the drive was trimmed and the rubber was deteriorated on every bellow fold. Bad factory part. Josh changed it out and had the boat back on the water for the 4th of July weekend. No charge!!! Now that is customer service. Boat now runs great with a bone dry bilge.

Update: after the 4th of July weekend, the following Monday, Josh called me to check up on the weekend and how the boat performed. Sure appreciate a businessman who cares enough to ensure the customer is happy with his service.

Came in for repairs and Josh was super helpful and very knowledgeable did an excellent job with the u joints and gimbal replacement as well as the bellows, even met at the lake to make sure everything fired up. Prices were very reasonable. Thank you Josh for the excellent work!

update:
today 6-20-24. we picked up our boat. the pick up had been postponed a few times once for more repairs placed by use and once because it broke while there or at least a needed repair made it's present know right before pick up and once due to boat emergencies that Josh had to handle, but it was completed and ready for pick up so we finally scheduled some free time to go get it. we live in hereford arizona so it's a very long drive up there and back. but the way Josh has handled our repair and our request has been very well worth the time it took and the cost of getting our boat fixed. Josh (owner and main mechanic) is so worth your money. he makes requested repairs and gets your boat fixed as fast as possible. if you live far away like us he checks it again before picking up. hes texted us the whole time he's had the boat and updated us every step. he made repairs (transit wont go up needed new pump) that the boat needed when it went in then did more request of other repairs (tune up and timing check) and then we were going to pick up and he went to check the boat and found out the igniter had went out on it contacted us before we left to pick it up and waited for that repair. it took a couple weeks later after all the repairs were done before we had time to go get it. but Josh worked with us over the time. we were patient and understanding. we finally got our boat back. all repairs are done and so far it sounds great. Josh has really put alot of time and love in our boat. we can't wait to take it out on the lake and hopefully next weekend will be the time. Josh Is awesome. we thank you Josh for all your hard work. you will always be our boat doctor your awesome

Excellent shop! Matt has been amazing to work with. I was not looking forward to dealing with a shop to get my truck repaired. It's always such a hassle. Matt made it so much easier. My truck runs great! He's now working on my son's truck and I know I have a mechanic I can trust. It's a great feeling. HIGHLY recommend!
