I had wrecked my motorcycle and had it towed there. It was there for 6 days before I went to pick it up.
I had called on Friday (I had crashed Thursday) to let them know I was going to pick it up Monday and to get more info on everything involved in picking it up. They were nice and all but neglected to mention that they apparently charge a $50 a day storage fee for vehicles. I had also called Monday to let them know I had to push the pickup date to Tuesday due to injuries. Again, they didn’t tell me about the fee. $50 a day for a motorcycle worth $5k that takes up 5 spare feet of space is outrageous. Given, this isn’t a mechanics shop but most mechanics only charge a $10 a day storage fee after the work has been done. They blamed it on insurance costs of keeping it there but that doesn’t excuse the fact they didn’t tell me about it Especially since I wasn’t able to pick it up because of my injuries from the crash. All in all they charged me THREE HUNDRE DOLLARS for storage of a motorcycle for SIX DAYS. The total bill was nearly 700 dollars for picking up my bike. I’m going to be honest, I didn’t explicitly ask about any storage fees but if they are charging that much they should let people know. The interaction I had with the lady that works there was nice but I still feel ripped off. Looking back, I can now easily imagine dollar signs in their eyes getting bigger with each time I called.

I was a stranded out of town traveler. This tow service went above and beyond in providing the tow for my broken down rental car and helping me get the replacement vehicle on a late Sunday afternoon. Johnny and “G” are very professional. I am very grateful.

I witnessed one of their drivers driving north bound on I-65 about 6:45 pm on January 5th 2017 driving wreck less as anyone could. I wouldn't have them touch my vehicle. The driver was tailgating a small pickup to the point where i thought for sure they were going to have a serious accident. The tow truck came flying out of nowhere. I was traveling at 75mph and he passed me like i was standing still. After he passed the small pick up he then gives the bmg other driver the middle finger. I wish i was a cop at that moment. I would have took his butt to jail.

From 9:50 pm 7/11/21, was supposed to provide tow service through AAA with an eta of approximately 50 minutes to AL-91 exit off I-65 near Colony, AL. Waited approximately 3.5 hours to find out AAA was sending a different company out of Birmingham in the a.m. to provide tow service because this company could or would not.

Do not use this service - Triple A should be ashamed of using such a awful service provider. The woman that works there is as nasty as they come, not sure if:
a) she was having a bad day
b) gets ripped off so treats everyone as a crook
c) is always like that
d) hates life

AAA needs to drop them as a service & I will be sure to tell AAA this.

These are super helpful folks... Had to have my car towed yesterday when it shut down on the road, in pouring rain. Richard was there in no time, and helped me get the car situated so my family and I could head out of town for vacation. Thanks again, sir!

Absolute worst people and customer service I have ever seen in my life! No help whatsoever. Also just total d bags!!!
