Contemplating RV purchase and just had to share such a great experience dealing with Karen & John. Very knowledgeable, patient and gracious with their time. As an out of state buyer, I had many concerns & questions that they spent quite a bit of time helping me answer. Can't thank you both enough for your help and guidance. Would definitely recommend.

Everytime we went to the lot or called, no one was there to help us. When someone finally showed up, she was just flat out rude, and rushing us. She made us feel ignorant the whole time we were there. We are first time rv buyers, ready to CASH buy, and we had simple questions that she didnt help us with. Then she suggested she get back to what she was doing because the woman she was speaking to is "ACTUALLY buying something ". Then she had the nerve to question why we need an rv, because she thought that we were going to live in it. We arent, but even if we are, i dont see how that is any of her business! Worst experience, we will never go back, and will never recommend. Unless that woman in the office gets replaced. No reason to treat people the way she was treating us, She made our first experience a bad one.

While I didn't buy anything, the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful in trying to find me a replacement marker light for my horse trailer. She went above and beyond by going so far as to search several pages worth on Amazon and google to try and find it. If I find myself in the market for a trailer, I will definitely be back to talk to these guys!!

I have dealt with these people for years. Todd has fixed many things on both my motorhome and family trailers. I just purchased a Mercedes RV van from them. It needed some electrical work and it was fixed very quickly and with a smile. You couldn't deal with any better people!!!!!

We went to get help with our RV repair. While there we decided to look at a 5th Wheel that had recently come in. We ended up purchasing the RV becuase it was what we had originally been looking for years back. The quality of care given the RV's is exceptional. They do a full inspection on all RV's and repairs prior to selling. The cleanliness is white glove capable. Karen expressed she spends a week going over the inside. Even cleaning the curtains and shades. Easy to work with, fair on pricing and honest about what they have. We would highly recommend regardless of needing RV repair, consigning or buying. You will be happy you did.

This place states that they are not a repair shop but it's listed on Facebook as RV repair and sales. They sold us a tear drop trailer. They said somebody had just made it. we've had it for less than 6 months and taking it camping once. In the 6 months that we've had it has began to deteriorate and we took it to 3 different repair shops in the Sacramento area because we're from the North of Sacramento. All 3 repair shops say that it is not worth fixing and 2 of them that actually did an inspection on it instead of just a visual inspection they did A full inspection on it told us that there had been damage and it was repaired unprofessionally. Additionally, that the repair shops indicated that the axle was bent. I tow it with my CRV - a 4 cylinder so I do not go fast nor do I speed with a trailer because I don't have any interest in a ticket so Max 55 and camping on the roads that we've been on were not dirt roads so there was no way that I could have managed to have broken the axle or bent the axle. So they knowingly sold us a broke unprofessionally repaired trailer. Then when spoken to about the situation they claim ignorance. Don't buy or sell anything here.
