WHAT YOU SEE AND PAY FOR IS NOT WHAT YOU GET WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY ONLY OFFER A 25% DISCOUNT OFF THE DAILY RATE AFTER THEY CAR-PHISH YOU. THEY WILL STILL MAKE YOU PAY $46 FOR PARKING AT THE PARKING STRUCTURE NEAR SAN DIEGO AIRPORT AFTER RIPPING YOU OFF WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, CRAPPIER VEHICLE THATS WORTH LESS THAN THE DAILY RATE THEY STILL FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR. I will never use Turo again because of this company. They say they are a “family owned” business and try to milk that card and bug you 6 separate occasions asking for a 5 star review and then when you tell them why you are unhappy, because you got a beat up car from the 90s with shot breaks, dirty steering wheel and interior, a damaged bumper, no blue tooth, no AirPlay, smelt like smoke and god knows what, instead of the 2017 undamaged clean KN pictured that you were misled into believing you were paying for, and they refer you to management who still makes you pay for more than the beat up dirty unsafe piece of crap is worth. THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU AND NOT GIVE YOU THE CAR YOU WERE EXPECTING TO GET AND IT WILL NOT BE FUN OR SAFE TO DRIVE. If you still don’t heed my warning, at least make sure to have an aux cord and a dongle otherwise you’ll be stuck listening to your cellphone’s speakers during your drives. Terrible company.

The staff for my Las Vegas Turo rental with JackRabbit Rentals were very helpful & communicative.
I kept them updated on the status of my flight arrival and departure & they were very polite & respectful.

I would definitely book with them again anytime for visits in Vegas 🤙🏽🤙🏽🌻

Please don't use them. I was scammed out of a rental in Austin, TX. They did not pick up the phone when I called. The email they sent to locate the vehicle was blank. I tried to talk to them but no one picks up. Please do not make the mistake I did. This is not a reputable business.

San Diego BEWARE!!! DO NOT CO HOST Your Car or Rent a Vehicle from Jack rabbit in San Diego!! I have been cohosting my vehicle since late November and already it has been a regrettable experience! First off their employees think it’s professional to poorly communicate via text message. Secondly no thorough explanation of the contract was given. I want to cancel my services end the contract and Hannah the “account manager” has done zero to help Me. Instead I am told I have to go online to their barely functional member portal and schedule an appointment with her to cancel my contract and she’s not even available until 2 business days from today. Then I have to wait 60 days to get my car back! This was never explained to me! It’s impossible to get a live person on the phone when calling the customer service number on their website! This is outrageous! San Diego save yourself the headache and stress Rent elsewhere and Definitely Do NOT cohost with this joke of a company!!! Two thumbs down!!! Zero Stars!!! And still to this day no one has picked up the phone to call me to address the issues I’ve had and I’ve left several messages and emails.

Terribly run business. I wish I read the reviews on google first. I rented a car from them in Dallas and then the battery died and I had to go through so much trouble to get it back home. I called them and it took days before I could even reach them. They told me they don’t have any more cars available and that I can go get the battery changed and I would get reimbursed. It’s been days and I haven’t heard a single thing from them. Lost money for the battery and lost my security deposit and lost my time. How can you run a customer service based business without the service. Stick to Turo.

Not at all recommended. Snippets of my experience are below:

- Until you enroll with them, communication stays great but post enrollment, if falls off drastically.
- Mr. Riley Pasha (founder as he mentioned) on-boarded my vehicle and is very bad on keeping up with communication.
- My car got STOLEN from their facility (along with 3 other vehicles). The video clips received were of pathetic quality and not of any use.
- After the car got stolen, nothing was done by Jackrabbits and I had to engage local PD to recover the vehicle.
- None of the expenses, that I incurred in retrieving the vehicle (new key, storage facility etc) were reimbursed. I wasn't even accommodated for any time and effort spent which in actuality, should have been JackRabbit's team.
- No follow-ups or apology calls. Mr. Riley completely vanished from the whole situation and I started getting communication from a new team member.

- I took my car away and never went back to them. Complete chaos - I would never trust this company.

I had them rent out my corvette and it got rented on TURO and I never received payment from it. If you need any help with your accounts or cars with you cant get a hold of anyone. They broke my key and I had to pay for it out of pocket. They don't take ownership for their own mistakes. DO NOT USE!!

UPDATED: I do believe they are either completely incompetent or total crooks. I gave them 3 cars to rent while I was out of town for several months. When I got the Tesla back, there were 3 dings. They asked me to bring for estimates and I got two of them--each estimate was for just under $9K. My other car has a mere $3K in damage.

The way it works for owners is that we buy a separate insurance policy for these cars with a $2500 deductible. Jackrabbit assured me that when they rent through Turo, which is most of their rentals, any damage is covered through those policies. Which it is, IF, you notice and report that damage within 48 hours of receiving your car back. Jackrabbit rentals did NOT notice the damage, and though they can see who did some of the damage from photos on Turo, they missed the 48 hour window. The upshot? They are a car management company who charges 35% to manage rentals, and because of their 'human error' as I've been told, I am responsible for the total cost of repairs.

Worst experience ever. Very costly. My Tesla now has 3 areas of damage, 8K additional miles, and for 3 months I netted $200 in rentals...
