We have shopped many vehicles and motorcycles in our lifetime. Never have we had a better experience. Joey Langley is a top notch salesman. For the first time the entire experience was fun, as it should be. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. Joey was kind and patient with us. Bought two diffrent Hondas from Jackson Honda, Bree handled both deals and was professional and helpful both times, this girl needs to be recognized..... However I was a little put off by a few of the others that work there, I was able to speak to one of the mechanics and he was helpful as well. Had my first service done on my unit and was shocked at the cost, it was over priced.
So Bree gets 5 stars, the mechanic gets 5 stars. As far as the rest I'd give 2 -3 stars, they could be more friendly, not that they were rude, and price points on units and service get 0 stars...

I am currently in the market for a utility vehicle and decided to visit Jackson Honda. I was immediately greeted by Brent Cook. He's a well-known local. He has a knack for immediately making you feel comfortable and not being a pushy sales person. The rest of the staff were great as well. We haven't bought a utility vehicle yet, but when we do, we'll buy from Jackson Honda.

Very Rude management and way over priced. If your not wearing a suit and tie and driving a mercedes they brush u off and show u know no courtesy . Just bad all together.
