We recently purchased a 2024 Switch from them and the entire team was fantastic. Purchased some accessories and they had to install one. They delivered it the next day with a full tank of gas and went over the basic “need to know” items. I did find one small issue with a side panel and will discuss with them when we go in to pick up some additional items they had to order. Overall I highly recommend and would purchase from them again.

Had the best price of anywhere on the Fish pro Trophy I bought. Paid cash for. Ty was my sales rep and he was very professional and helped me make the purchase smooth. But I gave them three stars because after purchasing the ski back in January…… I still have been dodged by the service department on getting the simple trailer light replaced that had water intrusion first day I took it out. Called multiple times and spoke to many employees and never get a follow up. Still not fixed. So…disappointed with service team. Guess I am not important enough. So great place to buy but terrible after purchase service.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the shop and they quikely had my issue worked out. Wish it was handeled the first time but I am glad they made effort this time. So I will increase to 4 stars.

I had warranty issue with my 2024 sea doo. It was down almost 6 weeks for an oil leak. Long story short. They finally fixed it however my conversation with Omar was horrible. I asked him to push BRP for a new motor. I did not like the fact the local mechanic was rebuilding my top end of my brand new ski with 35 hours on it. I feel they should never have taken it apart with out first consulting with me. I called BRP and got a claim number like he suggested. When I called him to push them for answer he berated me. I understand I may have been pushy but I was a frustrated customer that just spent 25k on a new ski and it’s been sitting out side at their shop uncovered for weeks. He should have been more positive instead of acting like I’m the problem. The engine was apart and not protected. Water was getting in the hull because the top deck was unbolted and loose. ( and sand?) I’ve bought 5 machines there over the years. I will buy no more. They do not deserve my business. Their responses below saying customer satisfaction is there priority. It does not show at all when things get a little tough for them. They have a don’t give a crap attitude, and it shows.

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I had such a good experience buying my new 2024 grey camo KLX300 last week from Jacksonville Powersports that I felt the need to write one. I originally wanted a Honda CRF300L because it MSRP’d for 1k less than the KLX (5,399 vs 6,399). I live an hour and 45mins away from this dealership and got a better deal OTD on the KLX than what the stealerships around me wanted for a CRF even though the CRF should have been cheaper. I also got a military discount, the dealerships close to me did not offer any. I worked with Robert and Stephanie, they were very professional and made the buying process really easy. I went to pick it up and was in and out in about 30-40 mins. I am very happy with my purchase, the KLX is a blast to ride!

Do not trust that Jacksonville power sports has your best interest in mind. The parts salesman was rude, short and dishonest. I was expecting overnight shipping and I paid an extra $120 for the guy to enter the wrong city of my address and then I had to track the package down myself 3 days later. He also never sent me a tracking number or recite for my number. They tried blaming it on ups. Which I have proof printed that the address mistake came from the company that shipped the part.
