The worst Apartments to live in right now with the manager Deborah running it right now She has let people break into attendance Apartments and just letting tweakers roam around the apartments and not caring that they almost caused accidents and there is still an on going investigation on the break ins

So to make matters worse this manager thinks she can have all children parents make their child/children that isn’t in school has to stay inside until school it out and that all children has to be inside their appointments by 8PM and if not she will conferenceskate any toys, bikes, scooters, skateboards from the children an have the parents pay a storage fee and not return the items

Getting a lil cleaner then it has been. Management needs to take sum courses on how to assist with being a better people. Not stereo type or pick on those who do mind there own business. I think she haresses others more then the ones that need it most. She discriminates and is rude.

I didn't go there to apply for an apartment but I did have to go to the manager's office and fill out papers for another set of apartments under this corporation. The thing I like most is the management they are so wonderful and the maintenance people are amazing as well, I really love living here and I really love having them as managers

We lived at the Jamestown apartments about nine years ago.They seemed to have a big turnaround with management and depending on who it was in charge the place was run pretty well.They replaced the old washers and dryers.When my hot water heater went out, it leaked all over my carpet and the pad and they replaced both obeying the right to fair housing laws which were posted by the way. The only problem was the noise and the choice of tennents they allowed in.Too bad a more extensive background check wasnt available.Once those tennents settled in, i do believe that management was intimidated by their threats.The housing and landscaping is beautiful.I see they put a playground in the front for the children.I would recommend this as a nice place to live.

Negative stars? Apartments are broken into frequently, neighbors smoke in lower units so much that you can smell it in upper units. Carpets are not replaced after previous tenants had animals and carpets wreak of animal urine. Only repairs are done for people who suck up to management. If your car gets hit by these tennants you probably wont be able to find out who.

I go there all the time I have family that lives there but be careful where you park because of it stickers on your car and saying that they're going to do it whether you're handicapped or not it's not I wasn't I didn't appreciate it and I couldn't find the manager to put it on there to explain.
