So I called Jack to ask if I could get a partial credit for swapping out a trolling motor. He agreed and asked me to come by Tuesday morning, which meant I couldn't work that day, but I had to get it done. Upon arriving at the agreed time (and at great financial cost), he stated that he couldn't do it.
After supporting that guy for decades, I'm baffled by this man's greed. His word means nothing. Unless you have deep pockets, avoid this place.

Got my first boat last year in August and it came with a 1982 Evinrude along with all the problems you might associate with a 1982 Evinrude. Tried to take it upon myself to troubleshoot with a buddy and look up parts to save money and then have JBT install them. After ordering the wrong parts a couple times and nearly getting stranded on the river, I finally let JBT do their own analysis and order the parts themselves. Should have done that to begin with because ever since that day, the engine's been running flawlessly. Also decided to bring an old 4 hp kicker in to see if they could fix it and they handled it np, works like its new now. The two mechanics, Alex and Ivan, are amazing at diagnostics and are super easy to work with. Everyone was up front and honest about pricing and were able to get things taken care of in half the time expected. Highly recommend JBT Marine to anyone with boat and engine repair needs.

If you're anywhere remotely close to this place .this is where you should be bringing your boats and your motors. They get you in and get you out. You don't have a whole year. Wait, they don't string you along, and they get your motor fixed right the first time, number one recommended boat shop in the valley

They did a great job everytime I go in. Always faster than anyone else in the area. Good buch of guys. Jack can be a little grumpy, but he's a marshmallow underneath. I recommend them to anyone who wants good work on time and at a good cost.

JBT DOES BUSINESS RIGHT !

Took my 21' FISH-RITE EXPLORER jet boat to them to have some major work done and had complete communication , competence , integrity and no B.S. When further mechanical issues arose., all extra work was notified, priced and approved before anything was started . The whole JBT MARINE team has my full confidence and business. Good luck finding another shop out there who will do what they say and say what they do like these fellers. All ya'll should deal with them ONLY because this is where it's at.

Place is a scam. Be specific on the things you want fixed because if not next thing you know your 1000$ repair turns into 3000$. Do not recommend at all take your boat elsewhere
