During an unexpected situation where I had to assist my elderly grandparents and leave the car, Danny was not only understanding but also ensured he would locate the car and wait for our return. We could not be more grateful for J&D Joshua's towing. We had car troubles after driving 200 miles from home. They were just finishing helping another driver, and we approached them and explained our situation. Thankfully Juan ( I think, don't quote me) was willing to get us towed to a nearby mechanic. Called AAA (premier membership, 200 mile tow!) and Jonathan from J & D Joshua’s Towing arrived quickly and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to tow my 2009 extended Sprinter RV Van to West Coast Sprinter in Salinas for repair. Why could have been a nightmare was instead an inconvenience. My vehicle broke down about 15 - 20 miles outside of Kettleman. I’m not very knowledgeable about vehicle repairs. It was late in the evening on a hot day. One of the drivers was able to diagnose the vehicle just by looking at it. When I decided to wait on the tow, (as I didn’t have a mechanic lined up), they were willing to provide a ride into town to a hotel, in order to give me time to figure out the shop that was willing and able to do the repair. I wasn’t able to find an Uber, Lyft, or taxi that late at night, in that situation. So for them to come to my rescue, and provide help I couldn’t get elsewhere, well, they were angels that night. And worth every bit they charged!

Was on my way to Fontana , CA.From weed ,CA when I hit a big bump it the road and it made a lound noise i thougt my tire flew off and my passenger rim was on the calipers and it locked 🔒 up. And I was stranded. So I got towed by J and D towing and Jonathan was the driver he was awesome best tow truck driver I've dealt with in my life he took me to a shop where they said they could do it. But when we got there they said it would be a day wait. And Jonathan told them I was far away from home and needed to find a place that could start on it right away so they made a phone call and he dropped us off and they started right away if it wasn't for him helping me I would of been stranded for 3 days
