I’ve gone to this Jiffy lube for years and always have a great experience. They’re quick and will let me know when I need to take care of something with my car. I just got my tires replaced there and it was super reasonably priced and fast. Killed two birds with one stone! There is a younger employee who helped me this weekend, I can’t remember his name but he was super on top of it and very friendly and professional.

The experience could have been better. Two buttons in the center console of my car stopped working when pulling up to the third bay that had the shortest line. There is a lot more to the story and the customer inside or the technician working on his Tesla had something to do with me trying to troubleshoot while waiting in line.

No one was there to direct the cars-a good idea would be to have a Jiffy Lube employee greet and tell the customer what bay to pull up to and that might mean hiring more people. I’m not sure if they are paid more at this location with smaller teams, but that role should be dedicated to one person per bay or lanes, since there is only enough room for one person to pull in at a time. This location is fairly busy. The manager helped clear the tire pressure warning light through the steering wheel of a 2018 Audi A3-that deserves a five star review. The two buttons in the center console are not very functional anymore.

Customer service is always great, but their top off service is not as quick and easy as it used to be. They have a new policy that you have to check in and instead of taking 5 minutes it can take an hour to get a top off for oil. Everyone that works there is efficient and nice. I just wish they would go back to the quick check oil and top off that they have had for 20 years.

I give 5 stars to the guys doing the work at this Jiffy Lube. They are always confident, efficient and pleasant to talk to. I appreciate the dedication they bring to the job. OTOH, I was dismayed to call for a price estimate and go through the automated message system to get a quote of 109.99 only to be told it was really 129.99 when I arrived at the shop. The explanations for the difference of 20.00 didn't make sense and left me feeling i was the victim of a "bait and switch" or that the efficiency I saw from the working crew was not matched in the office. I will still go back but only after I am assured what the real price is supposed to be.

I recently visited this Jiffy Lube location with a friend, and the customer service experience was deeply concerning. While waiting, I overheard an employee boasting about intentionally sabotaging a customer’s vehicle by stuffing dirty rags into one of the cylinders simply because the customer had a political sticker they disagreed with.

Additionally, when my friend took their car in for an oil change, the staff claimed that the engine needed to be rebuilt at a cost of up to $2,000. Suspicious of this diagnosis, my friend sought a second opinion at another service center, where the oil change was completed without issue.

The level of unprofessionalism and potential misconduct at this location is alarming. Not only does their customer service leave much to be desired, but their actions suggest a willingness to cause deliberate harm based on personal biases. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

They were quick and thorough. They have a very extensive check list they use to inspect any issues you may have and explained everything as they go down the list. I’m really happy with the service I got from Jiffy Lube.

I took my car for an oil change and the mechanics had amazing customer service. So nice and polite, they tightened up a few loose parts on my car, top off my coolant, filled my tires w/ air, and cleaned my windows all included in the price of the oil change. Everyone was super nice and friendly, would definitely be recommending to my friends and going back again for future needs.
