Amazing dealer experience. This was my first time buying a new car (RAV4 XLE) and after visiting 3 other dealerships I began getting frustrated with the mandatory aftermarket fees and just being straight up lied too sometimes… then I found this dealership and met Mark. Straight to the point, 10% cheaper than everyone else, extremely polite, made the experience fun and I will never go to any other Toyota dealer in northern Nevada again. Excellent customer service, prices, environment and experience. Finance manager was also very professional and enjoyable as well. Do yourself a favor and only shop here. It’s unmatched. Tina is always so great to work with. She is consistently going above and beyond to ensure we have all of the information needed as well as understand the future needs of our vehicle. This review is for Osiris Peralta. Although things did not go as planned in the end, this is a review to compliment the exceptional customer service I received from Osiris. Had an amazing experience buying a car here! I talked pricing over the phone with Mark, so all i had to do was come in, sign papers and pick up the car, which was so fast and efficient! Half the wait time, personalized care, friendly helpful staff, very thorough.
I forgot my gas door had been stuck until after oil change was complete and ready to leave. They checked if spring was in stock then made the time to repair at half the cost of Sacramento Toyotas!!

I live near Chico, CA. Found the 2025 RAV4 I wanted on the website on a Sunday (they were closed) and Mark answered the phone anyway when I called! He was so helpful from that time forward! I bought the vehicle sight unseen apart from the online photos, and Mark was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had (and there were many!) He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and has a great sense of humor too! Once the deal was completed my car was safely delivered to me by Paul who was very courteous and helped to finalize my DMV paperwork. Amazing experience from start to finish and I look forward to making a trip to South Lake Tahoe this spring or Summer to visit the dealership and say thank you in person for the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought several vehicles in my life).
Thank you Mark, Paul, and anyone else at Jim Bagan Toyota who helped to make this a no pressure experience that was smooth, easy, and low stress. Oh, and did I mention their price was better than Sacramento? Keep it up, it’s a GREAT business model that will keep people coming from miles around and has made me a customer for life.

Picked up a new car for my friend. We drove from San Jose. The best experience I had in any dealership. Glad we took the vehicle here. Both the GM and the sales person Robert, made sure that we understand everything before we get the car, right from every feature and how to use, to all the documents, agreements what it means etc. I would definitely want to buy my next Toyota here. They were very kind and professional from the beginning

No problems buying my car here, but what a nightmare with the service department the other week.

went in for routine maintenance of my Tacoma and left w/ a $500 bill to clean my A/C and then to boot they left it not working.

When I went back they found evidence of a rats nest in my car, which although its not their fault its extremeley frustrating that they didn't do that 2 minute check the first time and so that original $500 bill was pointless.

On top of that service staff was unapologetic

To give some credit, after leaving a negative survey the manager gave me a call and seemed to agree w/ me but basically at that point there was nothing they could do.
