Purchased a 2013 Harley Davidson Road Glide Custom and the process was entirely painless. Tony B was my salesman and was very professional and the bike was in outstanding condition with new brakes and after several hundred miles no problem at all. Getting lots of compliments on the condition of the bike and the money I paid for it. Great dealer!!

Tony (the main agent) is very arrogant. He would make fun of people getting scared of their first motorcycles and then selling them to him. Apparently, that is how he makes his business. He said that so many time during my visits. He also told me "if you want to buy a new bike from the dealer go ahead, your bike will probably be here in my store after a week". Not nice. I had a great time with Cristian instead. He is a nice and kind kid. More importantly, I bought a used bike from them and they sold it to me with one single key and no manual (which should have a key code as well). The bike was only a few months old. I had to spend $500+ to buy a new set of keys. I discovered this at the end of the purchase, while signing the paperwork. Always, ask first and make sure that they have both keys.

The first bike i bought from them had a consistent issue with the stator going out, unfortunately left me stranded a couple of times. The way they handled my situation is the reason why I've just bought my second bike from them and plan on buying my litre bike in the future from them aswell. awesome first bike purchase experience. Everything went smoothly and simply without any hesitation to show me all the motorcycles i wanted to see and hear. they even went as far as explaining every part of the purchase and compared prices on the motorcycles i had interest in so i could feel comfortable with my purchase. I walked out the dealer the proud owner of a 2006 GSX-R 600.

I bought a 2016 FZ-07 from J&M, and I was in and out in just two hours! The staff is cool and professional, their selection of bikes is both high quality and varied. Their price was also below what I was estimating, and they offer a 4-year warranty! I will be coming back here for my next bike!

Recently got a sweet Z650 from them. The overall experience was very positive, the prices were ok, the staff was friendly, nice and generally helpful. Another nice part is their in-house 60 days warranty. The only bummer was a test ride policy (which is more like a 'you have 30 minutes after purchase to return it' policy).

I purchased a part from House of Thunder Harley on 3/28/18 for $353.00 nearly 3 months later after being ran around by the General Manager Theresa on July 10th I had to file a reversal with my bank to get my money back as she didn’t want to refund me only give me a store credit because her shipping department only insured the package for $100 and it was lost or stolen yet I had to suffer and wait nearly 4 months to get my money back terrible experience and will be contacting customer service as well as her District Manager. Be careful with this location and especially Theresa!!
