I had a TERRIBlE experience getting an oil change here. I was initially told the cost would be $45, but after declining additional services like the cabin and air filters, I was charged $70. After leaving, I noticed a strong smell of oil in my driveway and found an oil spill. I called the shop, and they suggested I take it somewhere else since I live far away. A friend inspected it and discovered they had left the oil cap open, causing oil to spill all over the engine and hood of my car, leaving me with less than half of the oil I paid for. When I called the shop again, they gave me a hard time, but eventually, the owner agreed to refund me $30, despite me asking for a full refund. I also asked for a cash refund since I lost my wallet and no longer had the card, but they refused. The whole situation was handled unprofessionally, and I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The staff is very friendly and went up & over for me locating receipts I needed for my insurance company.
Quick and the best oil change in town. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Honest and sincere workmanship. They don't try to sell you things not needed which is especially important for females.
I have been taking my cars to John's garage for at least three years and I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

The receptionist was very rude and uncaring. I had a 8:30 appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was told to arrive no sooner than that, but when I got there she had taken a walk in that arrived at 8:15, and told me that I would have to wait an hour. So I waited that hour, finally they were done with the walk ins car, 15 minutes later they still hadn’t taken my car back, I asked the receptionist how much longer, she got an attitude with me and told me that I just have wait until they could get to my car. I asked for my keys and left. I will never be or recommend them as a customer to anyone.

Best service ever! I came here to check on a tire wear issue, the staff was able to quickly diagnose the problem and found me the best price in the area for a replacement! Honest, professional, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

My headlights on my truck were loose ready to fall out of the grill. I took it to John's, and John came to the rescue and mounted them back into the grill. That's amazing! Thank you so much for your help
