This place is just plain nonsense now. My roommate tried to junk her car, and they want her to jump through so many hoops. They don't even tow cars at all, and they won't accept it unless you go to the DMV to get a junk slip. What kind of backwards junkyard is this? Don't waste your time with them.

I dont recommend having them order any parts. First time the part was wrong, had them order again and the part was broken. The part took about 3 weeks to get each time. Honestly a waste of my time and money .

Have made several trips to find thing needed. Gary is knowledgeable,Phil is helpful and friendly. Don't let the new construction fool you. Inventory is best around

Super friendly and fast service. I took my mom so she could recycle her car. Lissa was super helpful and very nice! She explained what we needed to do to get the car recycled. We came back with the appropriate paperwork and she got us on the schedule. The car was picked up rather quickly. Very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

This place is super busy, either with the phone ringing off the hook or the somewhat impatient patrons inside.

Just slow down, be patient and shoot the breeze with the people there.

The are super knowledgeable about their jobs and just great to talk to.

Price wise, they are slightly lower than online prices and I didn't have to wait for parts to be shipped to me and I didn't have to drive to Redding to get parts.

All in all, a good experience. I bit behind estimated wait times, but that's okay.

This place is great, John has professional courteous and friendly staff, if you're looking for a used car part or any part I can almost guarantee you John's got it and if he doesn't have it he will point you in the right direction of a quality part. I bought hundreds of parts from Johns and let me tell you each and every part that didn't work John replaced for free and those they couldn't replace, they give me a refund. I highly recommend this place.
