Zack took the time to go over things with me that my regular place never did. He was courteous, kind and thorough. Great job when hiring this young man! There was a miscommunication when quoted a price for my service but John Sr. quickly made an adjustment on my bill to reflect the quote he gave me over the phone. That was very nice of him to do for me. My only complaint would be that the lady at the front desk that I paid continuously cut me off mid sentence. She would never allow me to finish what I was saying. She kind of made me feel like “give me your money and go”. That is a pet peeve of mine. I would have given a 5 star rating if it weren’t for her.

The service and repair shop staff are super professional. The work is consistently delivered on time and at a fair price. Johnson Marine deserves my highest recommendation.

never at any point I felt like they were trying to make a sell it was pretty much giving me info for me to make the right decision for what i need.

I spotted by few times & called/ emailed many times & they were always there for me.

Even after the sale, on the delivery they made sure I was ready to be able to handle the boat patiently went thru the boat.

Worst experience in our Live. We Ordered Avalon Boat on February 18th and paid 5000$ deposit where delivery was suppose to be in April. Unfortunately due to Covid 19th they told us that delivery will be in June and in June it became July. they promised us that they can deliver July 3rd, we were out of town for that date and could not receive the Boat so we agreed on following Wednesday July 8th between 3-5pm. July 8th their Sales manager John calls me at 2.30 to tell me that he found out the boat is missing the prop and he ordered one which should be delivered next day and he will be ready for delivery then, I was shocked to hear that he just realized that even though the boat was ready for delivery on July 3rd. Next day obviousely prop arrived to them but its not lining up and its the wrong prop and doesn't know when the right prop will arrive and it could take weeks to get it, he didn't even acknowledge their at fault or anything. I was extremely disappointed and I told him to keep the boat and this is totally unacceptable. Few days afterwards, I find the Boat is advertised for sale with the prop ready for delivery . I have reached out to the sales manager and I expressed to him that we would like to have the boat and my kids were waiting anxiously for months to get it and I am happy to go ahead and complete the sale, he emails me back that the owners want more money for the boat. I couldn't help but share my bad experience and I feel that it was handled completely wrong by this organization and disappointed that I gave them the chance to clear it up and make it right yet they refused and decided that they want more money even though They have kept my 5000$ for almost 3 months. I will never recommend anyone to do business with such manners.
