Try to get my boat in for service. Owner told me wait a week and he can. Week came and nothing. Text him back and said give him another week and once again gave me the run around. I tried for third time and now he ghosted me after a month of his excuses. If you’re gonna run a business you should take a course on customer service, and not waist people’s time and actually return there text are phone calls. My boat could’ve been in the shop somewhere else already 🤦‍♂️. Just imagine if I did take my boat there how long it would take for him to fix it. Probably as long as it takes for him to return a phone call or a text. Do your diligence? He’s not the only boat mechanic in town.
