Good, honest people, good work and fair prices. If you have a Kawasaki or Suzuki this is THE best place to take it for maintenance. They charge a very fair $60 an hour to work on your bike and are very good about estimating how long something will take. Also they are very consistent about checking for things that might be trouble "while in there" and I really appreciate that; if there is a problem let's fix it while the engine is already out. And sometimes they don't even make money on it, for example last time I took my motorcycle to them to get a new tire installed and the mechanic noticed my oil was low; I can change my own oil but I really appreciate the heads up!

These guys seem nice until you try and negotiate the price. They get really aggressive. I asked if they how their prices compete with other places. They said proudly they beat the competition. When I tried to ask for a lower price on one of their bikes since they have it way above msrp. They took offensive to it. The quote "If you try and stick me up for a $100 we won't be very nice when you need our help" I straight up walked out.

Went to many other dealerships that day which were very welcoming and helpful.
Don't recommend this place to anyone unless you are willing to get pushed around.

I have never bought a bike here, nor serviced one, but their customer service makes me never want to.

For starters, you have to go in shop to look at their inventory because their website is useless and lazy. They don't list their new and used current inventory on their site and instead their links direct you to the manufactures website.

I have come into this shop a few times awhile to look at what they have in stock, as well as order parts. The biggest thing that caught my attention is a sign that says "NO CREDIT PLEASE DONT ASK". So off the bat, if you have new or bad credit, this is not a dealer willing to work with you for financing a motorcycle.

When I lowsided on my Ninja, I took my bike here for them to have a look at it and advise me as to what damage was done and whether the bike was still safe to ride. They were extremely hesitant to help and said they couldn't really help much without tearing the bike down which would cost me big $$$. I went to another dealer the following day, and they immediately sent some tech guys out to inspect the bike and told me what needed fixing and how much it would be, without charging me a dime.

Overall, whenever I walk into this place, I do not feel welcomed and cannot recommend his dealer due to bad customer service.

I enjoyed my experience at this motorcycle dealership.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated as a respected customer since I walked through that door.

They have a wide selection of motorcycles such as Cruisers, Sport bikes, Naked sport bikes, dirt bikes.

I even got a discount on a leather jacket with the owner who is very outgoing and friendly.

Thanks and I hope to purchase a Suzuki Hayabusa from you in the future!

Excellent bike shop... there is a reason they are consistently rated the best in San Joaquin County! Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. One of the longest running motorcycle shops in the area for good reason.

I went here to fix a problem i had on the road. I called and spoke to a friendly person about my problem before arriving. Jorgys was very quick to get my KLR 650 into service. The "sales" people felt more like old friends than high pressure salesmen. The service guy was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Also went above the requests and made sure everything else was working for the long ride ahead to eureka.

In my case, my KLR was overheating in the summer. took about an hour to diagnose and fix the issue. I was back on the road with a smile.

I got a friendly follow up call about a week later. I live in Los angeles and to get a non sales follow up call like that was going above and beyond any other motorcycle sales/service store ive been to.

Bottom line: definitely recommend for quick sales, more than fair prices for service. Service repairmen are professional and friendly.

These guys are awesome. They’re busy which is good because instead of taking your toys in they spend a few minutes taking about the problem your having. They answer questions over the phone as well. Can’t ask for a better dealer/service experience.

Small kawasaki / suzuki dealership. I went to see if they have the SV650 but they already sold it a month ago. They only have the ugly gladius and the guy told me that the gladius and SV650 are the same only difference is the headlight. One round one not round hahaha!!! for that they got 1 star for immoral and unethical sales practice. I guess this store is only good for advance and seasoned bikers because they already know what's up but if you are new stay away from this place.

They do have the sportsbikes and naked bikes on both brands. Go to a bigger dealership if you want to look around for a bike so that you can really see the choices you have in one place. Go to Elkgrove area or tracy motorsport. Also there are some stores in modesto, even if they are not big dealerships at least they are close in proximity to each other.
