The team at Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM were very helpful and supportive in the purchasing process of my wife and my Jeep Gladiator. They were patient as we went back and forth on which vehicle to pick. They had 3 Gladiators ready to test drive when we pulled up and quickly got a 4th one that caught our eye set up to check out. We did not feel any pressure and they went into detail with any questions we had. We live in the low desert and their inventory gave us many more options of vehicles than dealerships in my area or even in a 100 mile radius in my opinion. I've spent several months researching in depth which truck I'd want and all that research led me to their dealership. I'd recommend them and would go back to them in the future!

Russel was my salesman. When he asked what vehicle I was interested in I told him the white Dodge 2500 diesel pick up. Russel showed me some of the options on the truck and the miles on the odometer. Russel also informed me that the batteries were low from sitting. The truck was so clean and I could tell it was well cared for. It was a 2018 model and looked new. I let him know I would be back the next day with my trade in vehicle and he let me know the batteries would be charged and I could drive it when I returned. Russel then introduced me to his boss James “JC” Cervantes. Russel and James were very thorough about telling me about the Cummins Diesel that the truck came with and it’s pulling power. I had told them that my wife and I had recently purchased a new RV travel trailer for our retirement. I came back the next day and drove the truck and fell in love. Russel and James bent over backwards making me a great deal and trade in price for my old truck. Russel, James, and Michelle were very polite and nice. I would highly recommend Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to family and friends.
