Amazing way to see the park! Easy to cruise along the paved roads and cars were respectful of our right of way. You can lock up the bikes with provided locks while exploring trails or climbing boulders.

JT employee was really accommodating with our very last minute reservation and even dropped off and picked up the bikes within the park for a small fee. They let us know the best places to see and mapped out a loop within the park for us to checkout. 10/10 experience!

Small bike shop mostly catering to MTB and fat bikes. Like many businesses in the desert, it's a lil small and janky but it's got a big heart. Oh, and don't forget the climbing shoe resoling.

Had a great time with my fat bike rental up at Section 6 and then pivoted over to south of Yucca Valley in the hills via dirt roads and paths. Bring a map and careful with the washes.

Weird complement, but shoutout to whatever type of hand pump was attached to my bike -- first time I've ever used a frame pump that didn't suck. Very useful in a desert full of thorns and sharp branches (probably woulda been fine without topping it off too -- tubeless tires and sealant were doing their job just fine, I'm just a paranoid roadie).

I came in here last week to get fitted with new tubeless tires after getting 4 flats in a row with my tubed ones. I was also looking for wider tires that provided me with more stability while riding out on the sandy trails. The staff there was incredibly knowledgeable, provided honest feedback, and got me exactly what I needed. I took my bike out the very next day and noticed a world of difference with my new tires. Thank you again! I look forward to coming back.

Local review here: I’ve watched a ton of interactions at the shop and I can say that Kelsey, Doug, and Clay have AMAZING customer service! They can customize an adventure for any skill level, are 100% transparent about any and all work that they perform, and overall have a zero-shenanigans policy as a business. They want you to have fun! Not stress about the safety of their products.
I bring my own bike in for maintenance and parts, and will continue to do so. Keep up the awesomeness!

Just horrible customer service. Every time I come in its the same youngish woman that acts like working on my bike is the last thing she wants to do and finds any and all excuses to not do it. Says she is part owner but acts like the bike shop is her means to bike in the area, not do business. Maybe the other people are nicer and more accommodating but I only find her working there. IT'S YOUR ATTITUDE!! NOT THE FACT THAT YOU CANT DO THINGS. But also, that you can't do things and or wont even try. Maybe hire some more capable people that have good attitudes.... Just a suggestion...

Super helpful service, and the best place to rent bikes to ride the trail system in Joshua Tree.

Gave us really great advice, went above and beyond to accommodate us, and gave us some tips and tricks for the best legal MTB trails.

Bikes are also great quality and serviced well.

Took my Fuji road bike to these folks for diagnosis and repairs to the front derailleur. They were completely professional and extremely courteous. The work was done perfectly and without delay, and the price was reasonable. I waited to get several rides in to make sure the repairs were solid before submitting this review... and am completely satisfied. They will get my business whenever my bike is in need!
