Scooter is still in the shop. Kaabo can’t get batteries sent to my repair man. NEVER BUY A SCOOTER FROM THEM

Worst scooter out there!!!! Bought one 3 weeks ago and it's already broken. I've had to walk it home 2 miles twice over that period even when on a full charge. It won’t even turn on now.

Customer service has been horrible. First I just wanted to get a new scooter or fix this one. But with the lack of communication and interest from Kaabo to ensure they give a quality product, I want my money back.
There is a 30 day refund policy and no one is able to respond with instructions on how to do so. I called this number during business hours and the customer service blocked me.

I GIVE KAABO A ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!!
BEWARE THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY

Great customer experience, shout out to Max who was available to let me try out different models, and then helped me out with the initial assembly, really reassuring to know that there's reliable local service available !

Haven't had a chance to do a ton of riding yet but very happy to know that there's a helpful a responsive local team available if needed !

Not the easiest to get a hold of someone on the phone but their email support has been pretty responsive.

Absolutely, The Worst Service!!! If you don’t live around a service center or where you bought it ,forget about it to get fixed!!! You can’t reach anyone for help. I’ve emailed numerous times. I had my scooter 1 month and the controller went out. I paid 3000 for a scooter to last 3 weeks. I’m still within my warranty and all I hear is Crickets from Kaabo. Please don’t buy from this company. I don’t bash any company unless they deserved it. The WORST!!!!

The guy upfront was friendly and approachable. I had an issue with the TFT display of my scooter which was still under warranty. Had no issues as replacement of TFT display was smooth without hassle.
