They were able to see me the same day for a front tire rebalance. I'm traveling from out of state and was unable to dismount the tire myself. I had them do my oil change as well. All services were timely and professional.

I Can't say enough about Marvin or Mike. They both have gone out of there way to help me with questions and parts suggestions and anything I've needed. Excellent customer service and all around good people. Thank you Guys."

I went in to buy a motorcycle and they were too busy to help me So went to Chico and bought a new ZX6R. I stopped by this place and the guys in the parts and service department have gone out of there way to help me out and made sure my bike was squeezed in for the 500 & 1200 miles services.

Everytime I go into the store everyone takes good care of me. Top quality Customer service and they seem to go above and beyond to help people. I could do my own service work on the bike but I bring it in and have them do it to keep business flowing. Thanks for everything guys you Rock."

I had called earlier in the week inquiring on a 110 for my son. Jeff informed me there was stock available and he was happy to help. We showed up a few days later, Jeff was extremely helpful, informative and great to work with. He helped us get the bike out the door in amazing time which helped us avoid driving into town the following day. Highly recommend this store, and we look forward to working with Jeff again.

I bought aTeryx 800S from Jeff and I love it. Its perfect for me. Stout, solid and not super fast, but fast enough. Its like a comfortable Mountain Goat. I am very please with my decision and purchase.

Everyone is very friendly they willing to help you out in what ever you need. Very knowledgeable in what they sell. They don't just sell there things they also have and ride them. Go to Kawasaki you made the right choice and will not regret it.

Marshall is the absolute best, he helped us through the entire process, found the exact bikes we were looking for and went above and beyond in every way. I don't live in Reno but I'll be coming back for all my future Kawasakis.

The dealer is fine, Marshall as a salesman is a great person, Marvin in the office area is also a great worker, I have no problem with them. but with Kawasaki in general yes, I bought a KLR 22 and after running it for 2 months it started to fail to start when it was in the sun. Apparently it has a manufacturing defect. I took it to the dealer for a checkup and indeed they have a manufacturing defect in the fuel pumping system. right now the motorcycle has a hard time starting, almost everywhere I have to waste 1 hour or more trying to start it, this is really frustrating. When I decided to buy a new 0 miles motorcycle, it was because I needed something that would guarantee quality and peace of mind. I use the motorcycle to go to work and I have to drive about 90 miles a day. I bought it to save gas and now I'm paying for the bike without being able to use it. this is really sad!

From beginning to end the crew at this dealership were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Marshall was available at a moments notice for all my questions. The service crew had the accessories I wanted installed quickly even with late notice.
