Good for purchasing, straightforward. I purchased a Surron from this shop, but unfortunately, my experience with their maintenance service was disappointing. After the bike started randomly shutting off, I brought it in for repairs. They removed all the sensors and replaced the throttle, keeping the bike for almost two weeks with minimal updates and charging me hundreds of dollars.

However, the issue still wasn’t resolved. I ended up taking it to another shop, where they diagnosed the problem in just 15 minutes—it turned out to be a common, inexpensive fuse. They replaced it for free, and the bike worked perfectly.

Overall, I’ve consistently found the pricing and service here underwhelming, especially when it comes to upgrades and maintenance.

Kade went above and beyond! I took my bike in for some minor service and upgrades (including new tires) and he got it done in record time! My buddies bumped up our trip by a day earlier than expected and Kade got it done! My bike is totally dialed in and ran amazing.

I purchased a my first brand new motorcycle from KC Powersports September 2018. I researched Beta and got lots of great positive reactions from guys on the trail riding a Beta. I would spot a Beta then run 'em down and ask lots of questions. One guy let me ride his Beta 390 out in the middle of Ocotillo wells. The more I leaned the the more I needed a BETA. I really like my KTM 450 exc but that Beta 390 kept haunting me. I finally decided to pull the trigger and started the search. I came across Kade in San Juan Capistrano.
