Should be zero stars. Had a Costco quote for a locked in price. When I went to close the deal they changed the numbers on the rebates. Quote was valid for two weeks.
READ the final paperwork and check the numbers. They will switch things without saying anything.
They lost a cash in hand sale because of their shady sales practices.

This dealership has no clue what they are doing, first off Ford should stick to what they know!
Bought a 2018 Jeep wrangler rubicon had a major oil leak 2 of the shocks are leaking and no wheel key for the rims! Latch is broken on the seat speakers were falling out because of no screws, still crap in between seats from previous owners. I was in contact with someone and never did they return my call to fix said items!
Don’t buy from here they couldn’t care less since I drove off!
Sales manager had no knowledge of Jeep whatsoever!
The only reputable person in this building was the gentleman who did my paperwork….
Will never go back to Keller in Hanford plenty of better dealerships that actually take care of customers after the car has been bought!

I would like to give a better review, but the communication with Keller was less than satisfactory. Went in for Fleet service, they made an error, engine was taken apart and eventually put back together after much delay. They absorbed the cost of their error, but not sure why they couldn't contact us directly when I had emailed, called plus provided other contacts they could interact with. Accidents happen, but communication is key.

I had a frustrating experience at the dealership when they made it complicated for me to get a loaner car. so I could get home with my baby, sitting in a dealership for hours with a toddler is not something my toddler or I wanted to do with our day. I did need to get something done with our new car we purchased there in November 2024. They kept giving me excuse after excuse, and I was feeling completely stuck. But then Byron Popp stepped in and completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to find a loaner car for me and made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire situation. I truly appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you Byron Popp, for your exceptional service!

Horrible! They sold my daughter a honda and before her first payment was due she started having issues with the car not starting. They wont help, unless she pays! They wont return calls half the time. Issues with the service department also. So shady! Bad experience for my 20 yr olds first car purchase
