Jeff Taylor was terrific. I thought we reached a fair, collaborative deal. He does a great job in his role as the Internet manager and he would be a great contact to reach out to with Keller. Fromn the perspective of making a deal and leveraging the Costco Auto Program, I profoundly hate the addendum stickers on each new vehicle with the automatic LoJack and CilaJet mandated price additions. It's annoying to have to bargain those things when they are not listed on the web as a non-negotiable part of the MSRP. That starts the negotiations process by eroding trust. I welcome the FTC enforcement of the CARS program when it eventually occurs. The Sierra Denali EV I ordered is stellar and I feel like I got a solid orientation to my first EV vehicle. My only real negative experience with the dealership is that I took possession of the truck in the evening so I didn't see until the following morning that there is a small hole in the fabric tonneau cover. I made Keller aware right away, but now more than a week has passed, and as yet, despite communication with Jeff, I still have yet to hear from the service department. It's not a good way to begin that service relationship of ongoing connection and trust. Hopefully I'll hear back at some point in the near future.

Awesome guys! My Salesman Jeff was personable and attentive, never once did he/they doubt that I was a buyer, even though this was a premium purchase. They didn’t “force” any additional items/contracts on me. They did their job better than other dealerships I’ve worked with in the past. I will be a return customer. Thank you KELLER, and Jeff!

Second truck I purchased from Keller and both times have been amazing. Alex worked out my deal over the phone and was always available via text or phone call. When I got to the dealership Zak helped me get all the paperwork and showed me the truck. If it wasn’t for Alex I would have not made this purchase. I would highly recommend using this dealership, these guys make deals happen unlike Gill auto group in Madera. Go get a Keller deal!!! Thx again guys…..

Everytime I come in I feel like all the employees take very good care of my concerns. Rob Garcia is the associate who took care of my truck this time and he did an excellent job in communicating with me on the phone and through email to address the issues that needed to be taken care of with my vehicle. Overall it was a great experience!! 10 out of 10!

If you are new in the military stay way from this dealership, they don’t have the best interest in you. If you have a check they will make sure you use every penny of it. I had a navy federal check and once the sales man, David knew he kept insisting I tell him how much it was, I kept avoiding it bc I didn’t want to use all of it. I went to look at the used cars and I got lied to by David, he said he would give me a discount the car was 22k but he would lower it to 20k. I was by myself w a check, I wasn’t aware of the industry of buying a car. Later on I went on the website and found out the car cost 20k so he never actually gave me a discount. We get to making everything official and then I told him I had a check for 25k. When everything was finished I ended up paying $24,999.74. I checked the cars history and it was a rental car with 5 owners. I had to come back to get my car detailed, then two weeks later it needed an oil change, quick after that my break light stop work and as well as my front light. I was frustrated the car I just got l keep bringing problems. They also offer a tracking system for the car and they never installed mine, they told me to come back and I tried but there was always some confusion. I was told to return the car by my coworker but I was traumatized from going there. The sales man was inappropriate and lied to me. He just wanted to make that sale! He told me he personally paid for my gas tank, he also had my number for keeping contact for help however he then said we can hang out or we can talk on a personal level. I saw he had a picture of his wife and son and I told him aren’t you married? Why are you saying that stuff to me? He then said that he just has the picture there for his son, his wife cheated on him and he’s leaving her. I obviously knew it was a lie and I wasn’t interested at all he looked like a 35/38 year old and I was just 21. I felt very uncomfortable and just smiled it off n got in my car n left. Driving off with that car was not a good decision. The car isn’t even worth 18k and I paid almost 25k. I don’t recommend this place if you are a new military member with a check from navy fed. Please be aware and educate yourself before buying a car. Don’t buy cars from David. My email isn’t using my real name. I want my identity private.
