We greatly enjoyed working with the people here. Tim was incredibly friendly, very easy to reach, and super personable. They helped us with all the appointments, permits, and contractors. We're about 5 months into our new home, and we're far happier with it than with any "Traditional" home we've lived in before.

I have been here twice to get more information about buying a mobile home. & to check out the prices. The two times we have been provided with the keys and were told to look around. Once we were done we would go into the office with questions and every time, Tim ( I believe his name is) would tell us how we would need at least $10,000 to get started and we are better off purchasing a stick built home. We would leave there discouraged. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (for the third time)by emailing them but again disappointment, No answer. I emailed other dealers and got a response the same day and with step by step info about the process. It sucks that we will have to drive more than hour away knowing we have this dealer around the corner, but we will do it happily than to give Kerman Mobile homes our Business.

It was my second time visiting this place, I’ve been been trying to get more information on mobile homes and I was thinking of purchasing a new home. The salesman handed us keys to take a look at all the models after we were done he sat us down and just gave us very discouraging advice. He said it’s not worth it buying a mobile home because the prices are sky rocketing and we’re better off buying an actual house. He also said that if I was to purchase today and sign the contract that if the price of the mobile home goes up before I’d get it delivered that I would have to come up with that difference which I don’t understand why I would have to since that’s pretty much the point of signing that contract right? Idk if he just didn’t think we had the money for it so he just shot us down or if he’s serious? I left the place super discouraged.

I went in with my bestie. It was hot outside, like 100*+. The "salesman" handed me a set of keys and said it opens all of the homes... go check it out, and if a cat goes in to gently shoo it out. That's was odd ..but ok. We looked, we liked, then we went to chat. I'm not sure why but I just didn't like the salesman. He casually cussed in front of my nephew, and I just had this overall view that we were taking up his time. He stayed until closing and didn't rush us out.. but he had a certain aire about him. Anyway my besties husband passed away and she was looking for a mobile home to buy with the life insurance. We decided to look elsewhere.

Very scary place to be at if you are some to sale you a dream that never, this is not a place… I was looking for a 4 bed 3 bath, this guy wanted to sale me a manufactured home for over 350k… really really.. I could get a home built for less then 340k….
