Possibly the best service I’ve ever had at a bike shop; everybody was friendly and welcoming, I was offered water at least three different times, Brea Was amazing and took care of me quickly, and the technician who Worked on my bike (Scott) Even came out to say hello. I was in and out in less than two hours.

This was really great experience, unfortunately I don’t live in the area, but if I did, this would be my one stop shop for all my motorcycle needs.

Absolutely WORST customer service from a service department I have seen! Dropped my RZR off a month ago and had already knew what needed to be fixed, so there was so diagnosing required. I showed them pictures of damage AND showed them in person what was wrong and also asked them to do a full inspection of the entire car to see if anything else needed fixing because my warranty expired in 3 weeks. Took almost 2 weeks to even ordered the parts I needed, and then proceeded to tell me the car was good besides the damages I pointed out. Come to find out now that my warranty is expired, NOW they found other damage on the car but won’t be covered since warranty just expired, mind you they’ve had the car since end of September. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this service department!!! Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!

I just moved to Kern county not too long ago so I needed a new shop kern county Powersports is definitely my spot now I’ve Have the best customer service experience here super professional, and fast. Julian is a great person. If you need help he was perfect to help and so was Brea Both times I took my bike for repairs. They gave me my bike back washed, so I definitely recommend the spot.

This was the second time I went in to only browse, and came home with a new motorcycle. Both times I had received fantastic service and received a bike in excellent condition, put together and adjusted properly! The last time I bought a motorcycle that was not from here, I had nothing but problems with the other dealer, but the guys and gals Valley cycle motorsports are fantastic they will take care of you like you are family.
