Returned the radiator support bought from Keystone automotive a week ago and no refund yet. They said 48 hours and is been 8 days already. I will contact them on Monday since do not work on weekends. Previously bought parts from them and no issues, good prices, good customer service.

Called and was on hold, someone answered and stated can you please hold and before I could say yes or no they put me on hold. I hung up. There are plenty of other parts suppliers. I won't be calling them anymore. One company employee's actions has the power to lose business and a customer for life.

Place is super unorganized still standing in line waiting to find out if they even have my part. As I tell them I am leaving a review they finally stop and check. Guess what no part. Now I just spent a half hour here for them to do 2 seconds of work and seen seem like I'm bothering them . Screw this place.
