This is the first time I have given a 5 star review to a dealership I didn’t make a purchase at. We were close but not close enough to finalize. However their team was transparent; honest, helpful and did everything possible to try to make it work. I wish we could have made a deal, but I was impressed by their good faith effort. Having negotiated with a few other dealerships they stood out.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at this location. The process of dropping off my vehicle was thorough and quick. I was taken care of by Eddie. He was amazing! He didn't pressure or push me into services I didnt really need. He made me aware of a current promotion but left it at that and was efficient and friendly. They offered a lift service while my car was in their possession for two hours. Although I didn't utilize it, it's nice to know they offer it. The Garden Grove location does not. The only thing I would note was that when I got my car back I noticed that my dash cam was disabled and there was no reason for that. That's the first time that's ever happened. Despite this, I would definitely return to this location. Eddie made the experience pleasant and highly recommend working with him and this location.

Highly recommend getting your car serviced here! Jose was the one to take care of all my car needs and questions and makes sure i get everything i need on my car serviced. He is the best! Will be coming back here for services and booking appointments with him from now on!

We had such a a great experience at Kia of Cerritos! Andres V. worked really hard to help find the right car for my mom. She is going to be 70 next month and I wanted to buy her a new set of wheels. Now she is going to be riding into her 70's in a bright blue Kia Soul with heated seats and a great sound system. Thanks to Kia of Cerritos for negotiating the best price possible and working so hard to make sure my mom had a car that is comfortable and safe for her!

The service overall was really good. However, I had a scheduled apt. For Thursday at 3PM and was “suggested “ that I should pick it up the next day. I agreed even though the service was only supposed to be “45 mins tops”. Returned first thing in the morning, 7am when they open and when I told my advisor I would. The car HAD NOT been looked at all and so I had to rent a car. Enterprise in Cerritos Auto Square was amazing! Still wasn’t happy that I was put out of my own car. Please do better to prioritize!
